Centrally located in the city center close to shopping and sports centers.

The sheets were a little itchy. The room was damp. 605. I'm sorry, is it true that security guards are not required to greet and assist guests? However, when we arrived, we saw no security guards greet us in a friendly manner. When we wanted to leave the hotel to Jalan Ayani, we were not helped at all to get out. Only the bellboy helped us when checking out. I think this is very different from Ibis and Golden Tulip. Where the feeling of staying in a star-rated hotel is felt from the moment we arrive with their hospitality.

The location is not too far from the airport. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10 p.m. but still received good service. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. The swimming pool is not very large, but the water is fresh. The breakfast is quite varied and delicious. This could be a good choice if you're visiting Pontianak.
