The room was full of ants; I got bitten dozens of times and was itchy all night, couldn't sleep. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. No WiFi password was provided. The TV had no signal and couldn't be watched. There was no telephone in the room or at the reception. The walls are thin; the sound of the door opening and closing in the adjacent room was loud.

The staff were lovely, always smiling and friendly. The accommodation felt safe. Overall, it was a good standard for the price.

Conveniently located near the city center with easy access to transportation. There are plenty of food options around the hotel.

Will come again if I have a chance to come to Chiang Rai. Near Central, near restaurants, near work, near the entrance to the alley, near a beauty salon. Really good.
