Nice view but a bit far from the beach, have to cycle, minus point: hotel is on a high hill, a bit difficult to get around, clean rooms, breakfast has few dishes to choose from

It was the worst stay of the 15 days of my trip to Vietnam. The image was deceived like a sunny place. The room I booked smelled like an underground building and there was no sunlight at all. I wanted to get a refund from Trevlka, but it was not easy to connect with the counselor. Eventually, I paid an additional fee and stayed in a sunny place, but the employees were very annoyed by the conversation with each other in a derisive tone, knowing that they were foreigners who did not understand Vietnamese. Until now, I had only paid for Agoda, but I paid for Trevlka because it was cheaper, but all that remained was the feeling that I was deceived. I don't want to use this app and this hotel anymore.

The location is on the back of the hill, a bit sad but the view is nice. The hotel is decorated quite nicely. Many places to take photos are very chill. Many beautiful bonsai trees. There are 5th floor and rooftop for great food and photography. Electric car for rent. But free bicycles. Nice room, clean and the cost is very ok.

The weather was 38-40 degrees but the air conditioner was broken. The hotel should have checked the room before handing it over to the guests. The price was high but there was no bathroom in the room, the room was small and cramped.... it was so bad that there was no way to describe it. Going to a motel would probably have more amenities and a more affordable price.

Khách sạn đẹp vô cùng, tất cả các góc đều được trang trí với gu nghệ thuật cao, phòng ở vô cùng sạch sẽ, xinh xắn đáng yêu. các bạn nhân viên rất chuyên nghiệp luôn hỗ trợ kịp thời. Khách sạn có xe đạp miễn phí nên có thể đạp xe ra bãi biển hoặc có thể thuê dich vụ xe điện ra cảng Tuần châu với giá vô cùng rẻ. Tầng 5 ăn buffet buổi sáng được bố trí vô cùng đẹp mắt, view nhìn ra Vịnh Hạ Long vô cùng đẹp. Tầng thượng có 1 khu vườn nhỏ rất xinh xắn cũng rất đẹp để ngồi uống nước ngắm vịnh. Giá cả lại rất phải chăng. Điểm 10 không có nhưng!

Minh đặt cho ông anh nhưng ổng cứ khen không ngớt. Từ nội thất đến mọi thứ đều rất nice. Đặc biệt, nhân viên rất thân thiện và helpful. Rất khuyến nghị mọi người nên đến trải nghiệm nha. Great!
