Very good hotel service, clean place, child friendly, delicious food, nice atmosphere

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My child was crying during breakfast and several staff members came over to try to comfort him. Unfortunately, the breakfast time was very limited, so it was rushed and I didn't enjoy it. Even though some hotels like Padma have quite a long breakfast time limit.

Great place to spend time with your family, enormous activities, and amazing food

We always decided to extend 1 night in Padma Semarang. It was a holiday that will be unforgettable for us. Wr always feel treated as a family here in which all our needs here are catered very well. Padma as a 5 star Hotel is humble enough to facilitate every guests needs. That is why at first even though we are in doubt to choose Padma, as the location is quite far from the local culinary places, but we still consider to stay here in the end. Thank you to Ms Juan who give my children free voucher to Foam Party. It was an amazing experience for them. During breakfast, what makes It different from another Hotel is, Padma offer kids corner where they have Foods for kids like ice cream, sweets, with their own plates and utensils. Really a two thumbs up.

Best experience, best staff and very friendly and fast response, the room is clean, everything was perfect and for the breakfast is also amazing a lot of variety, and of course delicious there is no failed food.

Clean hallways. New rides for children in the form of a tree house and water park on the mezzanine floor with a variety of excellent activities. The food is very delicious and varied. The rooms are clean and spacious. The infinity pool is very long and wide. Absolutely top-notch, there are no shortcomings.

A complete and comfortable hotel for families

The elevator is slow. The swimming pool is warm, comfortable, and pain-free. The rooms are large.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and responsive. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially with a children's menu and cutlery provided. The room was comfortable and soundproofed, so we didn't have to worry about disturbing other guests with a small child, and it was a bit noisy at night.

Staying at the Padma Hotel was the best choice for our family vacation. The rooms were very comfortable with amenities that truly helped us enjoy our vacation. The pool and playground area were excellent and child-friendly. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The entire staff was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back again soon.

Positives: 1. Spacious swimming pool. Open until 9 p.m., so there's still time to unwind with a swim after a long day of activities. 2. Plenty of activities for adults, teenagers, and children, including a kids' club, playground, and mini water park. 3. Ample parking for both four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles. 4. Friendly but firm staff and security in a very positive way. Negatives: I came during high season, and breakfast was divided into three sessions. Even then, there was a waiting list, so the buffet meal time was often only 15-30 minutes.

We were only planning to stay one night because we wanted to continue on to our next trip, but we decided to extend our stay thanks to the facilities at Padma. Thank you Padma, my son loved his stay here❤️

Stay was great, typical 5-star hotels but yet this one is with Kearifan Local (local pride). Food was great, stayed on the premier type bedroom 2 queen size beds, spacious and worth every penny. Shout out to Cesa the attentive bell boy and concierge and Rus the Kim Tia very good service and waiter ❤️
