The restaurant staff were very rude and hard to understand.

Nice quite area with a small marina out front and a SPA. We stayed twice on the way to PEI and back. Would stay again.

Staff is friendly but rooms not clean. Rooms are not done on a daily basis but every 3 days. A pair of dirty socks were left on the floor in between a chair and the desk. Bathroom garbage can was full.

There 6 nights didn't get room cleaned once. After 4 days inquired and was not following procedures I didn't know of. Them filled procedures and still room was not clean.

Only Gould put at end of day you have to request that the room be serviced. Apparently it is on the sign in sheet but nobody mentioned this to me so I returned to an “unmade room”. Disappointing. Staff was friendly and spoke some English. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

The area around the property is lovely (ie it faces on a marina). Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness in the room was disappointing (ie the sitting room required vacuuming under the table in a corner and beside the patio door). The spa was amazing. The staff very friendly and responsive. What really stood out for us was the attention by maintenance staff with a few minor issues with our room. This hotel is on our 5 star list
