Shower in the room was dirty as well the pool. The property needs to improve maintenance, the place need upgrades it seems to be old.lawn grass needs improvement. The price is higher then other similar places.only good thing It was a quiet place nice to relax yourself.

The water pressure in this place sucks and the service was terrible. I asked for an iron I was told I was gonna get it within 15 minutes. I left and never got the iron plus on top of that. They charge me for breakfast.

Room was advertised as a "Deluxe" with king bed. Sadly, the room was on par with budget hotels, lacked wash cloths, had a queen bed, no light bulb in the bathroom socket, and was very small. There were cobwebs in the corners of the bathroom and the towels pretty run down. The employees were very nice and beach lovely, but definitely not worth the price paid. We paid less at Bocas Olas and had a gorgeous view, king bed, and absolutely gorgeous facilities. Pretty bummed. Finally, the wifi code didn't work, which was unfortunate.

Property needs a lot of work for the prices they want to charge .
