Faultless. Cannot rate highly enough, from booking to departure, all was handled superbly. Anthony provided a wealth of info from check-in details to parking to restaurant recommends. The room itself was pretty much brand new, decorated to a very high standard - beautiful big bathroom with great shower, lovely comfy bed and so much storage space. Although it is surrounded by bars and restaurants, the room was quiet. Only thing we missed was a fridge in the room but as the hotel was right by shops and cafes, then it wasn’t such a problem. We would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Estepona.

Lovely little hotel in the Centre of Old Town. Rooms are very small, but very clean and tidy with everything you need for a short stay. As there is no traffic allowed on the street it's very quiet in the evening. The only thing you have to think about is that the doors into the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything going on outside/inside the room. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel, you can get great suggestions from the lovely host couple for both breakfast, lunch & dinner places.

Amanda & Anthony ensure you feel welcome & I thoroughly enjoyed my stay Central yet quite ment quality sleep. Ana was a delight & kept the place clean, tidy, a fresh scent prevailed each time I entered the property. I loved bed the attention to detail, clever fixtures & fittings & my room (2) was tastefully painted & decorated. Highly recommend & I will return

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.Amanda and Anthony was very welcoming and very nice people. My room was always cleaned when I requested. I was also given given a throw a beach towel when I went down to the beach. My room was in a fantastic location just seconds from all the amenities, and I would highly recommend this hotel as you will have a really enjoyable stay .

Right in the middle of the old town - ideally placed for what ever you want. Estepona is a lovely clean and safe place. Really enjoyed.

Staying at Las Brisas exceeded all expectations, a very well kept building which is easy to find. It's a street away from the beach, has a wide variety of restaurants and bars around and pretty much everything is walking distance. The owners and crew are more than nice and available with recommendations and making sure the guests are fine. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend booking your stay here!

Anthony & Amanda are great hosts who have put a lot of thought into their hotel, it's rooms and amenities. Always available should you need anything, or advice and so friendly. We spent 10 days here and had a great time and our accommodation was perfect. Highly recommend. Points to note are, it's central in the old town on a beautiful street, close to everything you need in walking distance, it's modern, has great storage with plenty hangers in large wardrobe, bathroom very modern with a great shower, has air conditioning us a fan with light giving choice of either or both that we found very helpful. Anothy & Amanda are so nice and have really thought of everything.

The property was easy to find and the friendly host greeted us at the designated time. He also provided restaurant suggestions which were appreciated. The location is beautiful, with many good options for dining and walking. We’d be glad to stay there again.

It was better than expected. I would highly recommend it. Small room but tastefully decorated and everything is brand new. Attention to detail all around. The hosts are amazing, they provided very useful information and good recommendations. Very attentive, they make you feel welcomed!

The cleanliness could have been better, especially the towels smelled a bit old. However, if you're looking for a "apartel" in a good location, then this is it! You have tons of restaurants and boutiques right outside, as well as the beach, with one of Estepona's most famous ice cream stores, reachable in 2-3 minutes. We would stay again, despite the small flaws.

Superb stay. Great location in the centre of the old town, 2 minute walk to the beach. Room was lovely, spotlessly clean and well presented, overlooking a quiet street. Amanda & Anthony are great hosts, lots of local tips for restaurants, bars and places to see. Would very highly recommend.

We cannot recommend Las Brisas enough. An incredible location, right in the heart of the old town, with plenty of dining and shopping options right on the doorstep, and the beach only a 2 minute walk away. The hotel itself is lovely: clean, modern, and fresh. It had everything we needed for our stay and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!! :)

Room was very clean and fresh, position of hotel was right in the mixer, made the mistake of going to the restaurant directly opposite and had a bad experience, price and location spot on, we will be back thanks Richard and Kate

Such a cute location. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the owners and the cleanliness of the room. It had everything that we needed, and the bed and bedding were comfortable, as well. This is in a very walkable and cute location. The challenge, was that the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear the tv and R-rated interactions and sounds coming from another room. I mention this only out of hopes that everyone will be courteous of their volume/behaviors while staying here and that earplugs may be helpful.
