Beautiful hotel and spacious for NYC. Super clean and for the most part friendly staff. I did have an issue with them not getting back to me when I sent a message before we checked in asking for feather free pillows. Since they didn’t get back to me I had to call the front desk and the person I talked to seemed focused on other things and was short with me.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt Like home every time we returned. Elevators are a bit slow is my only comment!

Great location and beautiful Empire State Building view.

So clean and even though we got in really late, we were still greeted with a smile!

The room was small, but clean and comfortable with great amenities. The room service menu is delicious. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful and resourceful.

Located within walking distance to Bryant Park, great coffee houses, and Koreatown and within a short taxi ride to Broadway and Theatre District restaurants.

Rooms were small but modern bathroom and very comfortable beds. Great position on 39th St, so close to everything.

The elevator is slow but the service and the rooms and location were very good. Thank you!

Great access to Bryant Park and Times Square area but without being in the thick of it. Really enjoyed the room design and very fast elevators!

The room was big city small but big city cool - it was nicely appointed and the staff was great. Bed was firm and comfortable. Nicely decorated. There were a couple of service glitches when we had a late lunch at the hotel restaurant but Christopher made it right and then took great care of us with a comp and wonderful attentive advice for our next two days. Nice that the room window was open-able for us to get a little springtime fresh air. Our room was on 16th floor and it was very quiet, no traffic noise.

Rooms are small but clean and modern. The bed was nice.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Did not like that the roof top was closed for the season. It’s the end of April! And other rooftops are open
