Arrived and staff did not go over amenities with me. I had no idea there was a free breakfast the next day
Also, I walked out to the pool area and was locked out. Neither door accepted my key. Someone had to let me in and then I had to wait 25 mins at the front desk to get a new key

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The staff running the breakfast area were awesome!
I gave a few lower stars only because the AC smelled really bad every time we turned it on. Might be worth looking into for the service team.

The hotel itself was great and in a great location. Within 1 hour of checking in, I went back down to my vehicle to place the parking permit that had been placed inside my room key envelope only to find that my behicle had been towed.
It was 12:45 am and I was clearly in a parking spot that belonged to the hotel. The rest of the parking lot for the adjacent businesses was empty. It was painfully obvious that I would have been a hotel guest but my truck was towed. It cost me $550 dollars to get my truck from the impound on a Saturday morning. When I finally did get my truck, there was a “warning” card on the windshield that had been written and dated 10 MINUTES prior to the time that the towing company was called.
The next morning I went out and found warning cards on other vehicles that were timed at midnight that same day but were never towed.
When I spoke with the hotel they did NOTHING and were not even remorseful about the event. I WILL NOT be staying at this hotel again which is a shame because it is a nice facility centralized by my daughter whom I visit quite often.

Julian who takes care of the breakfast was always friendly and professional. We’ve been coming here in this hotel. Everyone is great and accommodating specially to my Mom( wheelchair). Keep up the good work!😊👍

Awful customer service and non-working appliances for $300 a night. Will never be returning to this property and will be actively urging everyone I know never to stay here. The bathroom sink in our hotel room was broken and did not drain. When we brought the concern to hotel staff and supervisor we were offered a soda from the in house convenience store or rewards points for the inconvenience. The front desk kept refusing to let us talk to the manager on duty and we’re trying to shift blame on us for checking in later in the evening because they couldn’t get a technician to fix the problem. I believe if I’m paying $300 a night for a room the quality control and assurance should be met and completed before my stay.
