Really helpful staff

Very nice staff. Room was clean, but could use some TLC - bathroom fixtures in rusted, busted condition. Main issue was that they not only did not offer a room upgrade (there were plenty available) or the 1 free beverage per stay as an Expedia platinum member at a VIP access hotel, but they didn't even put me in the premium room I paid for.... I tried to inquire at the front desk, and they were very nice, but they didn't understand even though I showed them the pictures and the reservation. Oh well, I paid an extra $50 for a premium room that I didn't get, and I wasn't offered the available perks for a VIP access hotel, but otherwise it was a good stay. I will, however, explore other options on my next visit.

La Mejor Atencion con exelente ubicación

We enjoyed our stay, the Hotel is so close to the Cathedral, the park, food and caffes , and the girl and young man who helped us were so nice and welcoming, I didn’t get their names but was on Sunday 26 when we arrived.

Ok , but the bathroom was leaking since day 1 I reported and never fix it

The room was very simple and everything seemed fragile. The mattress was too firm and there was no hair dryer or iron.

Needs a lot of updates. Beds are hard, no shelves for toiletries in shower. Old furniture.

The new rooms are very comfortable and had a minimalist touch. The bed is high quality and AC works perfectly and it is silent. Staff is very friendly and open to accommodate.

The área was good and the kitchen lady

Estaban trabajando en los cuartos y era muy ruidoso. Si me ofrecieron un cambio que fue agradecido pero ya estábamos instalados.

Maintenance in property needs improvement , some areas are dirty and not enough furniture in rooms. Personal staff are very nice and friendly.

Pros: location, location , location! Cons: Not so great customer service and you have to request items daily because there is no proper restock.

Beautiful hotel in the city. Reasonable price and very excellent staff. We would stay here again and you should definitely consider staying there too.

We never have hot water, the beds are not confortable

Everything was ok , but the shower was little slow and the room was a little mosquitos
