Amazing stay with friends for a night! We loved the pool, staff and food/drinks. Exceptional service-- we felt like we were in East Hampton, not Western, NY.

The Lakehouse was absolutely amazing! The grounds and landscaping was immaculate and the amenities were great. Both restaurants on the grounds were fantastic and the breakfast at the Library was excellent and very convenient! We spent a long weekend enjoying our anniversary and we will definitely visit again. The staff at the front door to the pool deck and housekeepers were over the top accommodating and so nice!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an exceptional stay at The Lake House on Canandaigua The staff was very welcoming, the rooms spotless and comfortable, and the entire experience was excellent. The pool was sparkling clean and beautifully maintained — perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back!

Too many of the hotel staff are high school/college kids who need more training. Service level well below our expectations for a premium stay hotel.

Went during off season so was not so busy but still beautiful as always. The restaurant wasn’t the greatest. My chicken was basically raw and carrots were not cooked. But beautiful stay all together

Excellent! Perfect night away!

Property grounds were simply gorgeous and very well maintained! We were greeted with friendliness and smiles from the moment we entered The Lake House, and offered a glass of Riesling! Property also had shuttles to and back from CMAC, which was great for us concert goers! We’d love to come back again!

We stayed here for the Kane Brown concert our stay was good. We just wished the weather was better! The s’mores kit i felt like should have been graham crackers and chocolate, not cookies! We weren’t automatically offered it even though it was complementary we had to go ask for it!

The food for the price I felt could have been better

really nice property and very friendly staff. breakfast is a little pricey. nice views from lake view rooms.

great location and amenmties

Beautiful property, particularly in the Spring. Views from hot tub and heated pool were wonderful. Great service at front desk and restaurants. Driver gave great suggestions for dining and wine tasting. Great walk nearby at Krenshaw park and Lagoon park.
