The carpet outside the room was super dusty and messy. The elevator smelled like dead rats. Next to the elevator were cigarette butts. Unfortunately, the lobby and hallway were not well lit. The staff suggested changing to another room and said it was guaranteed to be clean. There was still an unwashed cup of tea. 2 empty plastic bottles, the turban was messy and still dirty. Please never come back.

Khách sạn không thay dra giường gối khi khách vào, gọi 2-3 lần khách ra ngoài về cũng chưa thay. toilet thì dơ, nhìn bồn cầu muốn ói, phòng thì có mùi kinh dị, chê nha

Nhân viên thân thiện, vui vẻ, lịch sự. Hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm, không tính thêm phụ thu. Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí tốt, hơi xa trung tâm bù lại yên tĩnh. Phòng nhỏ, đồ dùng, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Nhưng có điểm trừ là phòng chưa dọn kĩ, rác ở 2 thùng chưa đổ. Ở 2 ngày nhưng không có dọn phòng, không thay khăn tắm, không đổ rác luôn. Tủ đồ không có móc treo đồ.
