Very old

early checkin was a bit tough, however i was able to keep the same desired room with back to back reservations. value for the money with attention to service, good building with slightly quirky interior design, and quiet but easily accessible location. thumbs up.

Magnolia is a very nice and quiet place to stay in old Tbilisi

Good location, clean comfortable with a decent breakfast. Wifi was good. We walked to Freedom Square in 10 mins but longer coming back because its up a steep hill.
