Very enjoyable holiday. Staff were excellent, polite helpful and informative. Rooms were good and cleaned every day. Pool area very pretty, clean and plenty of sun beds. Food was good but sometimes luke warm, no beans, omlettes or poached egg at breakfast. Evening meal cooking station a little disappointing but you could always find something you wouldn’t go hungry.

Excellent rooms with comfortable beds, good Aircon, friendly staff, a good buffet breakfast and great pools.

An attractive property. Staff on reception and the hotel bar were particularly friendly and helpful so thanks to them. The pool was heated which was fab. Room really comfy and breakfast v nice. Would definitely come back.

Average experience overall Breakfast is okay, would not recommend the buffet which is extortionate for what you get. When checking in I queried whether there was an adults pool section and a kids pool section. I was told that this was not the case and there was simply an area for ‘entertainment’ and another for ‘relaxation’. Turns out they meant children’s entertainment because it very clearly is a kids section! Don’t appreciate being misled in this way and left a bad impression from the get go. My room was very far away from the main adult pool area and had the view of a building site. The room itself looked nice from far but there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the walls are very thin. Staff overall were good.

Quiet, clean and good quality.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the gardens were really well kept. The bed was incredibly comfortable with good linen and the shower products smelled good. There was a wide range of breakfast options. The warm pool was gorgeous! Cons: Even though we had taken time to check in online we had to repeat the whole process on arrival which was frustrating. The lunch options and cocktails at the pool bar in the family area were very limited and pretty awful quality. Signage to the rooms was very confusing and it seemed that all new arrivals struggled to find their rooms (some arriving later in the evening with lots of luggage and young children which wasn’t a great start to their holiday). The almost transparent bathroom facilities with open tops are unnecessary and are the reason for my lower rating for comfort. However close a relationship there is nothing romantic about this set up!

Automated check in but a lovely welcome and help by the Receptionist. And a beer/ soft drink immediately offered after your long journey. A very chilled out hotel, multiple pools, breakfast to die for and available between 07-1130. Didn’t eat at buffet but this is a fantastic hotel with great staff, all you need and right next to town. We will be back.

Amazing hotel, great breakfast, loved the pool area. The only downside that the baby pool was not heated and also the dinner on site was a bit pricey. They could have done more kids entertainment during the day. In overall it was a lovely stay. The room was brilliant.

Great hotel, lovely breakfast. Clean modern rooms. Great pools. Only downside got charged 280 euros for adding an extra person on which I had forgotten off which I thought was very steep as not all inclusive and fit in the room

3rd stay at Mynd yaiza and very good again. Great staff , nice breakfast and good options for food during the day.

Lovely hotel. Complex isn’t too large. Rooms are comfortable and have all you need. Beds are comfy and showers have good water pressure. Relax zone and family zone for pools. Lovely little splash area for toddlers. Play park. Small gym. Outdoor gym area. Me and my daughter had a great time here.

Top end prooerty but not quite live up to our exoectstions. Coukd not get the room ckeaning rebate to soend as saud our 2 night stay did nit qualify. Air con in room which was suoerior but snall did not work correctly even after 2 late night vudits by maintenence Breakfast good and varued but dont exoect Engkish Breakfast because it is not Bar prices fir a beer way to expensive. You cant say its not a nuce chilked vibe of a pkace maybe jyst not for us. They say NO RESERVING Sunbeds but the brigade were out at 07.30 in tge dark shuffling sun beds about and not using tgem till afternoon with nithing done about it. our room block 17 on terrace best fir all day Sun
