Amazing

Receptionist pleasant, waitress in restaurant helpful, manageress in restaurant terrible, rude and arrogant! We were not informed that on the evening of our booking the restaurant was not available for us to eat until 9.30 pm due to them hosting a private function.

This is a great place to stay, I am not used to staying in 3 star properties, normally 4 or 5 star. Staff are fantastic and friendly. The 24 hr cafe next to reception is a God send. Room is spotless, basic, and the beds are extemely comfortable. Tv and wifi are perfect. Buffet breakfast is good. The prices are exceptionally good for the food and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised. Literally 5.minutes in a taxi to the airport and 4 minutes to a central shopping center. The Marina restaurants also minutes away. Would definately recommend this hotel. Loved staying here. Great ambience, very friendly place to stay.

When I arrived I was told that I have access to coffee and tea 24 hours a day. I found it unusual that it's not included with the room. Every other hotel I went to these beverages were free. The room is nice, but the air conditioning stops by itself at night even if it doesn't reach the set temperature.

Gutes Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Santander mit direkter Verkehrsanbindung per Bus oder Zug. Liegt in einem Industriegebiet, war aber nachts ruhig genug.

Location is not great as is bit far an away from city centre but hotel is great.

El hotel esta localizado en la estacion Valdecilla la Marga que te comunica con el tren de cercanias a Santander. Muy facil el uso de transporte publico. En 15 minutos llegas a la estacion de trenes de Santander. Hotel muy agradable con excelente desayuno. Muy buena habitacion familiar (4 personas)

Basic but very clean. Close to ferry port but located adjacent to busy road. Approx 45min walk to beaches. Good value for basic accommodation with good breakfast

Decent value for money especially if you’re staying just for a night or two.

Clean, modern hotel with free parking and excellent breakfast for small fee. The room was compact but adequate for a couple of nights. Lack of drawer space eg under bedside cabinet. Location good for Santander city centre eg Cathedral and modern art gallery, as you can go by bus or train, but too many changes if you want to go to beach or palace, You rill need a car for further a field.

Friendly staff, big rooms, good spread at breakfast. Arrived very early and even though the rooms werent ready, we were allowed to leave our car in the car park for the day

Excellent stay, train station stop outside hotel to go directly into town. Bus also available, or walk into town approximately 30 minutes. Hotel reception staff welcoming and friendly. Room ready early on arrival. Parking available which is a great bonus to leave car whilst staying. Room clean, quiet and exceeded our expectations. Excellent price. Would recommend. Thank you

3 star rating with an excellent standard room with nice little additions. No fuss but simple tasty food. Our breakfast had a great selection of help yourself bits, so as much as you like:) Roberto was more than helpful with instructions on how to use coffee machine and toaster. Just one of those, anything to help guys.

Beautiful and large family roim

Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. We arrived to our room with 2 glass bottles of water, a welcome note and some sweets. A lovely touch! The location of the hotel is great, you can walk into the centre if you’d like but there is a train station just beside that takes you one stop into Santander in a few mins. Stations are accessible. The hotel was impeccably clean, both rooms and general areas. Did not eat or drink in the hotel however breakfast service did seem nice. Will definitely stay at Bed4U’s in the future!
