The Cali Mykonos does not deliver for seasoned travelers with high expectations. The private pool is not heated, as stated on the hotel's web site (the front desk texted something about the "environment" when queried about the cold pool). One must summon, then wait, for a cart to go almost anywhere on the property. The markup for a taxi arranged by the hotel is obscene. There is one restaurant with no decoration or ambiance (though a few tables have a side-long view of the ocean). The food was good. The spa treatment was very nice. The hotel manager works hard and tries her best. But the staff is not well trained in providing unobtrusive 5 star service. Finally, the property is so far from town that it takes half an hour to get anywhere. We did enjoy the upgrade from the original "premium sea pool suite" - although the view was in no way "premium" - but again the pool was too cold to fully enjoy.

Stunning hotel with high level of service

First class hotel on every level

My husband and I have had the most perfect romantic break at Cali, the hotel website and photos do not do it justice. The setting is idyllic, the infinity pool and view is stunning, the beach and small cove is picture perfect with clear warm seas. All the staff are wonderful and their aim is to make your stay perfect. Our suite has a large terrace with pool and a view to die for! We are fortunate to have stayed elsewhere on the island where webdid a lot of sightseeing and going out to the beach clubs of an evening. We are so glad as our thoughts were why would you leave Cali as the food, scenery and staff arejust wonderful, we don't want to leave and we've made the most of every day here! There is a shuttle the hotel provides which has way better timings than the other resort where we stayed at should you chose to leave. If you want to feel like a celebrity and stay at a picture perfect location then book!

Greta hotel with amazing views and great staff

Our second time at Cali. What can we say. This place is heaven on earth. Not a single complaint. Staff extraordinary. Food exemplary. Private beach the greatest on the entire island. We’ll be back.
