The room was a good size with a good sized bathroom and walk in shower. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast choice was good with generous portions. We had one evening meal which was good and the service was prompt. The location is perfect with ample parking. We would definitely return.

The hotel was very cute and quirky and location to the beach couldn’t have been better . Breakfast gorgeous too but unfortunately we was not allowed to have this outside which was a shame as nice seating area outside and such a gorgeous sunny morning so we couldn’t understand why this was ? Also we wanted to spend the day in Weat Bay but was told we couldn’t leave the car in the hotel car park which seemed a bit petty so had to move it to pay and display for £15 for the day . Would have been nice if they had allowed extension on car parking . Lovely hotel but was quite doggy so if you’re like us and not a dog owner you may wish to avoid

Very nice hotel located well not far from all the goings on at West Bay. Good size room and a comfortable night sleep, breakfast lacked full breakfast option, instead opting for field breakfast but was let down by overcooked poached eggs.

The West Bay Hotel is a gem! Loved our stay here. The room was so nice and comfortable. Full English breakfast in the morning was amazing. Carly was a superstar- so helpful and friendly.

Great location, a bit noisy. Great big room, view of the back of the pub wasn't great. Large comfortable, clean bed. Modern TV with coffee making facilities. Bathroom was big with bath/shower.

Stayed in the suite which slept five (2 adults and 3 children). A beautiful room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Thank you. (The only downside was someone knocking on our door loudly late at night and running away, which woke us up.)

The suite was lovely and spacious, very clean as well. We decided to have a Valentines meal there which was also very good. The staff are courtious and very helpful. Full English breakfast was really tasty and well cooked. Overall a wonderful place to stay, our room overlooked the beach.

Perfect weekend stay in the most epic, quaint hotel with a very premium, delicious breakfast. We stayed in the Sea glimpse suite as we are a family of 5 and the room size surpassed expectations. The personalized service from the manager was also phenomenal, and walking distance to the cliffs made it the perfect stay.
