The resort is located at the edge of the forest, the area is quite large, I stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, the room was quite spacious, the living room was adequate, there were a few kitchen utensils and a microwave, the swimming pool was a bit small and not very clean, enough for children to splash around, in general, with the price of 9.5 million/night, I expected a little more fun. Everyone can order food to the villa, it will be more fun to gather together.

Good resort, however the bathroom needs improvement. Overall ok. Great for family vacation

The resort is quite ok, clean and beautiful, the staff is pleasant, the breakfast buffet is very ok. However, there are some experiences that are not very satisfying: waiting for the tram is a bit long, the location is a bit far from the center. The TV is not connected to the internet. The food at Tre restaurant is quite expensive, the ginger fried chicken is red and raw, when asked, the staff just said: because it is frozen chicken, it is red 🤔🤔

The room has few amenities. The bed sheets are damp and smelly. The bath towels and face towels are yellow and old. They have not been changed for a long time and are not washed properly. The bathroom shower is too old and outdated.... I have no intention of staying there again.

Receptionist Anh Chu is very friendly and supportive. I will introduce my friends to come here for vacation.

Nice room, clean, few amenities. Children's play area has lots of mosquitoes. I went in the rain so this area is damp, children can't play.

The hotel is near Cuc Phuong National Forest, convenient for transportation. Hotel view and room layout are good. Polite and lovely staff. The food is relatively okay. Minus point: the reception hall is not covered so it is very inconvenient when it rains heavily. Stepping down from the car or from the electric buggy to enter the reception desk will get wet like a mouse 😂 Surely my family will come back to stay. stay at the hotel

My family and I stayed here for 1 night to go on a tour of Cuc Phuong forest to see fireflies at night. There were only 6 of us but we booked the best 4-bedroom villa here. I was really disappointed because the villa was old and the walls were moldy. I even booked dinner early and the quality of the dinner was okay but the breakfast was quite poor even though the group was quite large. I know that tourism services in the North are always poor but I was really disappointed. Although I read carefully the Google reviews about poor villas sold to users and managed by them, this was clearly booked through a reputable agency but it was still the same.

The resort space is very beautiful, close to nature. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is delicious but there are few dishes. You can cycle around the resort, but the beautiful bikes are a bit old.

In mid-October 2022, my friend and I came here to relax. Vedana is quite far from the center and tourist areas such as Hang Mua, Trang An. More than 40km. My first impression is that Vedana is beautiful, located near the forest of Cuc Phuong National Park, in the middle of the mountains, so it is quite quiet. I booked a room on Traveloka, so when I arrived, the receptionists checked in quite quickly and there was a tram to take me to the place (because the campus is quite large). Rooms are clean, modern 5 *. As for the food, I give it 3 *: 1st: the staff is not professional, 2nd: the food is not good, few dishes (maybe because I am not familiar with the taste here), 3rd: I order fried forest vegetables beef but when brought up bring 1 plate of broccoli (broccoli) stir-fried beef. I asked the staff member, and she said that the shop ran out of wild vegetables, then I said why didn't anyone come out to report all the dishes but change the dishes for the customers? The employee stammered said that because he was new to the job, he did not know. I'm ok but in my heart I'm quite frustrated because of the 5 * standard but the service staff is not up to the mark.
