Rooms were clean. The balcony is nice but near a main busy road. The view of the lake is blocked by trees. The A/C is so loud that it' not tolerable, and the fan for the air flow is also very loud. In the kitchen we only had one small kitchen towel, nothing to wipe the counters down, and the bowls and plates were so high up that I couldn't reach them. The dishwasher broke on the first usage, and kept beeping and had a light constantly blinking. We managed to get the beeping to stop, but couldn't use the dishwasher for the 3 days we were there. Management told us that the repair company was on holiday. They sent staff to do our dishes, and we managed for the next days. The shower is uncomfortable, with a big dent meant to drain the water but on which we have to stand to take a shower. For the price, we expected more. This is a hotel that pretends to be upscale. There was a public pool across the street that was very loud, but with doors closed, it was quiet inside. There was lots of noise coming from above, pulling of chairs and tables. The location is good if you don't intend to stay in much. We wont return.

I was truly amazed by room size and cleanness. We enjoyed a lot, exploring the Moore Lake by canoe, swimming, fire pit and jacuzzi . Highly recommended and for sure we will be back next year. We stayed last week … definitely worthy to drive back and forth 6 hours from Toronto ….we had 3 wonderful and relaxing days.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the woman who checked my wife and I in. She then went the extra mile when I enquired where I could get some ice and she went and got me a bag from their ice machine.

My family & I had 1 night stay in this beautiful, clean & friendly hotel. Close to most of the attractions & restaurants. Looking forward for the next stay!

Nous avions eu une expérience positive pour notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre et super propre et confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueuillant.

Great place. The rooms are full suites with kitchens. Restaurant was great and the staff were all friendly. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the hot tub which was not close to hot enough and only half the jets worked although it was still usable.

Property wasclean. Beach was nice had loungers.

Nothing negative to say! Warm welcoming! Nice room prepared for my husband bday! Clean and calm as needed! Will come back!!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful lakeside location. Very modern well equipped suite and rooms and balconies with lovely views. Very helpful staff. We enjoyed the hot tub. Walking distance to the picturesque village with cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Great amenities and restaurant, very supportive and friendly staff, cozy, quiet location, easy access to Mont-Tremblant village and Loved access to the private beach and paddleboards/kayaks at a very reasonable price. Stayed in summer and definitely will be back in winter...

We were upgraded to a suite - spacious, very comfortable! There was some confusion at check-in however after that the stay went smoothly. Unfortunately we didn't make use of the hot tub nor the beach... Maybe next time!

Bathroom was very small as was the size of the tv. We were surprised to enter building and head downstairs to our room which was ground level at back of building. Restaurant attached only open Thursday to Sunday so this should be stated in description of hotel as we had to drive out for dinner as nothing walkable to dine at.

C’etait la 2e fois que j’y allais. Cependant lorsque j’ai achete avec Expedia ce n’etait pas les bonne photos qui etaient annoncees. Donc j’i du payer un supplement de 25$ plus taxes pour avoir la chambre que j’etais suppose avoir (site expedia que j’ai achete et photos etaient une sorte d’appartement avec cuisine) moi quand je suis arrive la on me dit que j’ai achete une chambre avec lit king. Donc la prochaine fois je vais acheter directement a l’hotel
