The staff was very nice, and overall everything was fine. Especially for those bringing children, comfort is guaranteed.

It's cold outside at night, if you use AC it might be nicer in the room, all the facilities are okay, but you can't cook in the villa, you can only eat instant noodles, the villa is cool, the view is also cool, you get dinner

Not worth it for a villa of that price.

Not recommended!, very bad, check in at 14.00 but the room was not ready so had to wait for 30 minutes. The hot water was not working even though the information stated a water heater. Already protested to the management, instead they threw stones and hid their hands.

The hot water wouldn't flush and the toilet was clogged.

Overall pleasant, good view, only a few facilities are lacking such as wifi-netflix on the 2nd floor on off and hot water not working.

The staff is friendly and responsive. When I needed a roll of cable, I immediately looked for it. You can also borrow a magic jar. The best location, the atmosphere of the villa is also comfortable for healing because the view is good. Unfortunately when I arrived it was cloudy so I couldn't see the mountain. Just for living room chairs, it seems like it's not enough for a capacity of 6 people. And it seems like the living room lights aren't bright enough either. Wifi is a bit slow but can still netflix smoothly. Youtube runs smoothly at 480 resolution on average. Oh yes, breakfast is ok, the service is just a matter of taste, I think it could be upgraded. The bathroom is clean, the water is hot, the room smells good, the building is aesthetic. Overall very satisfied with Svasana.

In terms of layout, the villa is very good and strategic. Close to the tourist area of Kusuma Agro Tourism, Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2. On the roof top we get the best view of Batu city both morning and night. Modern architecture and good room facilities. For the villa class, you can get a breakfast waiter who tastes so-so. God willing, we will return to Cendana Villa Group, happy to stay here.

The hotel staff is very helpful, the place is clean and okay, only the food might need to be evaluated in terms of taste and when it is served it is better when it is still warm :).
