Lovely stay here. Great location being next to the train station. Lovely decor throughout. Room was clean and comfortable, room was quiet and nicely cool during the hotter weather. Would return again.

Location great for Lime St station. Around 15 min walk to Albert Dock, 10 min to Liverpool One. We had a Superior room with St Georges Hall view. Room on the small side. We asked for more pillows from reception as they went to as flat as a pancake! The lady of reception wasn't interested and said they didn't have any spare as hotel was full? Come on, they surely had 2 knocking about? But no. Considering how much was paid for the room, not impressed. Also, taking onboard how big the hotel is, the bar was very small. Service was awful, we waited over 20 min for one glass of wine. Took payment quickly enough though when it was ordered. On returning to the hotel on Sunday night around 9pm, we were met with there being no food available only mozzarella panini's. And this is supposed to be a 4/5 star hotel?? No idea what they are basing that on. Would not stay again.

Clean and comfortable! Staff were very helpful and friendly. In this current heatwave the air conditioning was amazing. The decor is absolutely stunning! We used the restaurant and the food was fantastic! Would recommend especially if you’re going to the theatre 🎭 will 100% be back!

Seamless check in, amazing lobby and great location adjacent to Lime Street station . Only negative is there really isn't a true bar

Good convenient room, clean and comfortable. The best part is the connection to the train station making it very easy to get in and out of the city via train.

Convenient location, great as a business traveller in Liverpool . Room had everything I needed: desk, tv, hairdryer, iron, coffee, a safe, even shoe shine. Shower was very nice too. Staff were excellent, everything is friendly, efficient and no fuss. It feels like a modern and high end hotel without being pretentious

Location, staff, decor

The style and decor is modern and original. I arrived early and went to the hotel to ask if I could store luggage until it was time for check-in, instead of taking the case, a kind and helpful member of staff checked to see if there was a room ready and allowed me to check in much earlier than expected and gave me a room with a great view. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I was in Liverpool to watch a show so the closeness to the Empire was a great bonus. I would highly recommend the Radisson Red.

Brilliant location for the station. Lovely hotel with free bottled water every day which is not even advertised. The staff are lovely and the whole thing is set up to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Couldnt fault it really, Comfy beds and lovely view of St Georges Hall, but quiet as well.

Very good room, lobby and breakfast

The hotel is next to Liverpool Lime Street Station making it perfect base to explore Liverpool. The air conditioning in the June 2026 heatwave was a godsend, the hotel is also clean, tidy and the staff polite and helpful.

Second stay here as it’s really hand for the station, theatre and the O2. The team working are brilliant second time Stelios has checked me in and they are very welcoming and polite which is lovely. The view was ridiculously good. Will definitely stay away.
