Nice hotel in a good location. It is a compact hotel, though not near restaurants. Had a pleasant stay overall, but the experience was affected by the third-party car rental service, which was far below standard. Despite paying a premium price, we received an old and smelly car—something that does not align with the quality expected from Novotel. This aspect needs improvement.

We had a memorable stay this weekend at Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua. Thank you gm raul for the prompt reply and arrangement of the special details. Front office and concierge teams were friendly, engaging and helpful. We loved the DeLuxe Suite with sofa, small dining table and microwave. The pool albeit on the smallish size had a fantastic view of the Rockwell lit skyline. Four stars only because breakfast could be improved. Could not help but compare this hotel ' s modest spread with Novotel Araneta which has double the food options. Overall a very nice stay and will definitely consider it for future staycations. Overall clean and nice place with a nice view. Very approachable and polite staff. I just find the hotel lacking some essentials, no hair conditioner, no cotton buds, no disposable razor, no disposable comb — basic bathroom essential you normally get when you book to other hotels.
