Nice place once you find it. I read the reviews and knew it would be difficult to find but thought no problem. Then I end up spending 30 minutes walking back and forth in the hot sun walking from the airport on a Saturday when all the businesses were closed in the area and no one to ask for directions. Very nice clean room once I found the hotel but do not use their address to find. Instead, take the tram from the airport to the first stop ‘Grand Arenas’ tram stop. Then open maps and look for them on the map and click on their location for walking directions. (They are located behind OKKO Hotels on the interior plaza) The hotel faces a modern plaza surrounded by new buildings in the square and does not have an entrance from the street. I would stay again now that I know how to find them.

I would like more room cleaning. Also, they did provide good service and the front desk staff Anna and :Pierre were exceptional. Part of the reason I returned. Love the fact that I have a Little Studio and Ballons with kitchen! A big plus. Parking is very very hard to find. Thank you and definately I will return.

The bathroom had smell of a sewer. The water in the sink was not draining well.

Good size room with a kitchen. If you stay longer you’ll have to bring your trash downstairs to the trash room. Also receptionist should always have toilet paper available when needed as they don’t do cleaning service. Walking distance to Nice St. Augustine train station which is very convenient if you’re traveling to nearby towns like Monaco, Cannes, Antibes etc.

We loved the property and the facilities and closeness to a couple of restaurants. We found it really difficult to find by GPS as a lot of the roads where blocked off and it was not advertised with a large sin so you could see it

Location 5 min walk from T1. Tram to the city center 25 minutes…good for short stay

Should let guests know that there is no access to the front door with a vehicle

Really nice apartment style room. With friendly and helpful staff. Great location that is in walking distance to the airport and tram and train lines. The hotel felt very safe, quiet and clean.

Choosing a room with a balcony was a great idea. Bathroom was clean an modern, Bedroom was modern and had a comfortable bed. Mini Kitchen is ideal for longer stays. Very impressed with the Breakfast for the price! Would happily return.

The space was amazing, balcony was large! It was a pleasure to stay during my birthday in Nice.

We were unable to find hotel. After talking with a construction worker we found out the hotel was under renovation and closed. We were charged for the hotel stay prior to stay and no communication that our room was unavailable. This a frustrating experience for our trip to Nice. We then had to book another hotel room. Where the Sheraton took very good care of us. This is fraud. I would like a refund.
