Very satisfied. The pool and playroom are very suitable for children. Close to the beach. Only breakfast is not suitable for Muslims. They provide pork and mixed cutlery and are not separated for Muslim/non-Muslim use.

The staff provided excellent service, and the accommodation was right by the sea.

Halal food can order from Grab. Breakfast got Halal food option. Overall ok. Kids pool water quality is a bit bad, my daughter having flu and cough after coming back.

Very good hospitality. Everything is well taken care of. The location is within walking distance to the beach and eateries & convenience store. Breakfast is good and has lots of variety. Lots of families with young kids.

Fun, worth it, clean, good service, convenient check-in, lovely and polite staff, the water park is very fun, will go again.

The facilities have everything. As for the service, you have to help yourself. ***I stayed in Building 5, which is quite far from the restaurant and the children's pool.

Karon Beach just across this hotel. This hotel has 2 big pools with sliding. The surrounding also lively. Superb. Recommended.
