Saya kecewa dengan pelayanannya, bayangkan saja ketika anda tidur ada orang lain yang bisa mengakses kamar anda, apa tidak mau kecewa dan marah rasanya. Alasan dari resepsionis karena orang tersebut menggunakan kunci master, lah ngapain kunci master diberikan ke customer? Untung posisi mata saya melek, kalau posisi saya sedang tidur saya ga tau lah apa yang trjadi, amit-amit. Jadi bagi yang mau menginap tapi butuh privacy mending pikir-pikir dulu deh daripada kejadian seperti saya, orang mau istirahat malah dibikin gak mood.

Hotelnya cukup bagus, tapi agak minim fasilitas aja. Kebersihan cukup baik tapi mungkin perlu ditingkatkan karena saya nyimpan air mineral di meja aja disemutin. Mbak resepsionisnya mungkin harus lebih ramah dan komunikatif lagi, salah satunya dalam hal merespon ucapan terima kasih. Dilihat dari kenyamanan dan kerapiannya sebenarnya hotel ini berpotensi buat dijadiin langganan, apalagi lokasinya cukup strategis. Tapi ga tau kenapa waktu saya nginap tamunya cuma saya dan suami aja. Sepi aja sih apalagi kamarnya banyak. Kalo serem mah ngga. Lebih serem kecoa yang ada di tangga menuju lantai 2, persis kayak review-an kakak di bawah yang pernah nginep di sini juga.
