The room was spacious and clean, with cool air conditioning and ample parking. The bathroom was also clean, with hot and cold water. The service was also excellent, even though we checked in late at night. The location is also convenient, although a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not far. I'll definitely be back.

The toilet seat is yellowing. The towels are yellowed and torn. Is this the standard for Horison Group hotels? I recommend replacing all towels.

The room is quite clean and spacious for the economical price, the mattress is thick and doesn't leak, the AC is ok, the shower in the bathroom doesn't spray enough, it's not good for bathing, sometimes when Javanese guests come, they are very noisy in the corridor. But overall it's ok, the lobby is also spacious and has great ventilation

An old hotel in need of renovation. The restaurant service is okay, but the front desk is mediocre. Much of the paint in the rooms is peeling and needs serious attention. The refilled mineral water tastes like water.

I won't be returning here. I booked a suite, hoping for a comfortable, clean, and spacious room. It turned out to be filthy and damp. The bathroom was filthy. Mold grew in the corners of the bathroom, six of them as tall as my index finger. I was shocked. I've never slept in a hotel room with mold growing in it.
