Every time I go back to my hometown, I always stay here for transit. It's recommended. The service and facilities, including airport transfers, are top notch.

My stay here was very disappointing. When I checked in, the staff didn't even know I'd booked. It took a long time to argue before they responded. They said meals would be provided, but there weren't any. The price doesn't match the amenities provided.

A very supportive hotel when we transit in Makassar. Airport pick-up and drop-off is very special, responded by the hotel boss, only I was picked up.. friendly staff, good service, clean room, AC like the North Pole, really cold.. TV is good.
