Clean room, full amenities

clean, private. comfortable. very satisfied

Just checked in at night and climbed up to the 4th floor and was thirsty but the water bottle was empty =)) had to run down to 12h to buy water :(( luckily there was still some to buy

The self check-in service is very convenient, the staff are enthusiastic.

All the Corzum branches I have stayed at, the staff on duty are quite slow. The check-in procedure is also very long each time I check in.

The room is spacious and airy, fully equipped with amenities, but I am not satisfied with the hygiene. The floor was dirty when I entered and the bed sheets were not changed. The headboard was covered with dust. I have stayed in many hotels and homestays, and I know that they do not always change them, but I don't know how many people have used them here without changing them. I found them to be dirty and black because they had been used many times. The bed sheets were also dirty. I did not dare to use the blanket on the first night. I just left it there to prop up my feet, and as a result, I got athlete's foot 2 days later. Luckily, the next day when someone cleaned the room, I asked them to change it before I dared to use it again. I would like to give my feedback so that the home can improve the hygiene issue. As for the quality of the room and service, I am satisfied.

The room is very soundproof... very noisy... wakes me up at around 4-5am

Check-in is automatic, so you must have zalo (open to receive messages from strangers) to receive booking information. And because there is no waiter, any difficulties during the stay are difficult to solve, and there is no one to assist with other problems for strangers. (calling a car, getting food...) is especially bad because there is no elevator. If you have luggage, it will be very difficult to carry it to the upper floors.

The room is clean and fully equipped. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Saigon, I will choose this hotel to stay again.

Không có bãi đỗ xe như quảng cáo nhé mọi người,tới lúc mình hỏi thì nhân viên nói bãi đỗ xe là bãi đổ xe máy 😌 phòng dọn cũng không được sạch lắm, không có thang máy, không cách âm. Phòng thì ở tạm được nha mn

Tôi chỉ chấm 6/10 khi ở đây, mới bước dô phòng cảm thấy không thoải mái lắm khá nhiều bụi mịn, phòng không được vệ sinh sạch sẽ ( cũng còn khá dơ ) bù lại đầy đủ tiện nghi 🥰

Rất rất hài lòng. Homes hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình luôn. Đầu đủ trang thiết bị.

Rất tệ. Ra vào phải gọi điện thoại xin mk, rất phiền vì phải đi lại rất nhiều, phòng bẩn, có kiến và gián chết. Hi vọng khách sạn sẽ khắc phục

Ở 3 ngày nhưng không hỗ trợ dọn phòng

Quá tệ, sẽ không quay lại, cả đêm ồn ào tứ phía không ngủ được, cả tiếng chuột kêu, 1 đêm kinh khủng

Máy lạnh không lạnh,ra giường và gối dơ,cửa sổ không có rèm,phòng không cách âm nên ồn kinh khủng

Tôi khá thất vọng về khách sạn.

Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, gần trung tâm đi lại dễ dàng

Highly recommend for someone who are looking for a comfortable place to stay while spending time to health check up on Cho Ray hospital. Facilities are good enough although the wall is little dirty.
