Our family stayed for two nights. We were quite satisfied. Good points: clean room, decent mattress. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was okay, not delicious but palatable. Not so good points: small room, noisy sliding toilet door, check-in was a bit slow, and the location is far from the main tourist attractions in Singapore.

Amazing service from front desk Ms. Kun, Meimei (if I got her name right) and of course Kumar who was so helpful and friendly and not missing Aaron from the bar at 7th floor.

Staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is well designed, with plenty counter space. Beneath the hotel is a small shopping mall, so it's very easy to get drinks and snacks during the stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant, with a nice view from the room window. The shuttle bus service was very convenient for getting around Singapore, the breakfast was good, and the room rates were competitive compared to other hotels in the same category.

From the start of check in, the reception was unfriendly, even fierce, far from the MRT, the room was small.

A pleasant and enjoyable stay. Check in took a while due to long queues, perhaps the hotel should consider increasing the numbers of front desk staff to cope with large numbers of customers. Otherwise, the service, amenities, location and room were good and to my satisfaction.
