Better health options in the breakfast

Beautiful hotel with a lovely view and good secure parking. Very helpful staff! I would love to give this hotel five stars overall, but I unfortunately just can't - there is no real bathroom door. The sink and counter is entirely open to the room, which is odd but tolerable, but the "door" that "divides" the toilet from the rest of the hotel room is lightly frosted glass with absolutely no seal - there is a one inch gap where you can make eye contact with your companion sitting on the couch while you attempt to have a private moment. I understand this is a trend but it has got to end. Truly beautiful hotel otherwise, but rooms meant for more than one person (we were in a suite!!) should provide appropriate privacy for the bathroom.

The hotel has a very dirty pool, no bar, and the front desk staff are unfamiliar with how to handle the situation. I do not recommend this property.

i liked the decor and the room had central air conditioning

Our 'suite' was a large room with dining table and views across the city and ocean. Damp at the tops of walls was complemented by water leaking from the shower into the room. Staff were very friendly and informative. Breakfast very basic; better quality fruit is easily available from street vendors across the city.

Good hotel, conveniently located in Iquique, close to beach, stadium, mall, and several restaurants. Property was clean and room was very comfortable.

This hotel has brand new features, good design and well located near the beach, supermarket, shopping, dining, etc. Friendly and professional staff. Great overall experience.

This hotel is well managed and everything is working very well.

Overall, our stay was a pleasure in this place. What we liked the most was its closeness to the sidewalk on the beach.
