Rating: 3 out of 10 — and that’s generous. Only one staff member showed any attentiveness on day one. After that, the stay quickly deteriorated — we discovered bedbugs in the studio. When we requested cleaning and fresh bedding, we were told it would take 8 to 15 days. Seriously? We tried to relocate, but everything nearby was fully booked. This place urgently needs to revise its hygiene protocols. Bedding and towels were not changed throughout the week. An exterminator is absolutely necessary, and smoking in the garage should be prohibited — the fumes seep through window cracks into the living space. To make matters worse, the female staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Hospitality should never feel hostile. This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly recommend operational changes before anyone else is subjected to the same conditions.

My family and I recently stayed at your apartment. At first, everything appeared perfect the place was clean, well organized, and full of natural light. However, during our first night, my husband woke up in the middle of the night with multiple bite marks on his back and front, which were very itchy. After inspecting the bed, we discovered two bedbugs that we killed; both had visible blood, confirming an infestation. This was extremely upsetting and disruptive, especially after a long flight and with young children to care for. My husband had to move to the living room sofa, which was quite uncomfortable. I immediately checked the other two bedrooms where our children were sleeping and, thankfully, did not find any signs of bedbugs there. The next morning, before we left the apartment, I reported the incident to the staff member on duty. One of the staff members overheard my complain and stated “it’s always one room that has this issue” I was shocked and intended not to put too much mind to it. She informed me that she and her colleague would inspect the apartment and spray the affected area while arranging for an exterminator to properly treat the problem.

The staff was very kind, easy access, very good place to stay…

There were many people who would come in drunk all night! If you want a peaceful place to sleep , this is not it. Everything echos very badly. The male staff member was VERY nice. It says that “breakfast is included,” but it is NOT for vegetarians. One morning I asked if I could just have some bread or beans or cheese and she looked at me crazy and refused to serve me and my boyfriend anything other than one meat dish. She was very rude. However ONE day out of 7 , a nicer lady made us bread with a Tony bit of beans on it. I was disappointed in the breakfast and the fact that the water for the shower was cold for both my boyfriend and I, and there was throw up right at the door that we both stepped in. No shampoo, no paper towels in the bathroom, not much ability to sleep. A bit sketchy, overall.

The room had a bad smell and it was super hot no ace,showers dirty and no supplies for self care , Door locks not safe

The staff was friendly and helpful. Every morning they’d set up breakfast, asssted with any needs, and always asked if we needed anything

Not a real hotel, look like an apartment with many empty rooms for share in an unsafe environment. Party with loud music inside the apartment on weekend until 3:00am

Amazing Experience

It’s not a hotel. It’s like a shared kitchen, bathroom and showers, with your own room to sleep. They do have hotel rooms called “departamentos” but not what Expedia offered me.

1) tried to double charge 2) room temp hot w/ portable a/c and small fan, new management said room was fine 3) loud people during sleep hours, MISS OLD MANAGEMENT, those things wouldn't have happened!

Very nice place, excellent customer service everyone was very helpful and respectful, rooms were clean and also restrooms. Breakfast was good , your able to socialize with everyone else that stays there

There was only one nice person on this hostal Iram he will do anything to make you comfortable stay, first when we arrived they said it was no parking available and when I mentioned that in the post they offered parking and the reason why we chose this place they said they will move around if not the car will have to stay out side in one night we saw someone braking in to a car outside so not to safe to leave it out, we got also small roaches in the kitchen, the wi fi didn’t work and no signal inside of the rooms, Iram was the only person in this place to try to fixed by changing the modem 3 times
