Quick check in and check out, decent room, clean and tidy, biscuits were all out of date and after I pointed this out they weren't replaced, otherwise I wouldn't have commented on this. Close to a couple of places to eat and about 15 minutes walk into the more busy part of the city, but a relatively quiet neighborhood.

We had a car so good location, easy walk to main township, Cathedral, handy coffee shop at end of street with fresh food and good coffee.

Nice hotel for the money but a bit noisy outside, no aircon but a nice big fan. Toilet seat was broken and didn't fit the toilet.

The room was very tired but very clean. Pillows were lumpy, curtains were odd, net curtain ripped and dirty blind in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and everything was spotless. Stay was ok for a night to crash after a festival in the city

To a Canadian, any hotel that leads with a snowbound shot of the property is okay in my books. Good location (right beside the train station, close to a couple restaurants, Indian takeaways and pubs), reasonable price, decent amenities, and continental breakfast. Main shopping area a 10 minute walk away.

Stayed 4 nights and I'm not sure if it was just our room but I feel like I stayed at a very different hotel to other reviewers. We booked a double twin-bedded room and were given a family room with 3 beds. Not too big of an issue in itself but.... the room was very worn out, with old, soiled carpet, torn shears, shower head falling off, etc. Just very much in need of refurbishment. The worst for me was the pillows made of great lumps of foam (mattress so-so), making it difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the staff are pleasant enough, it’s a quiet location close to the train station and not too far from the town centre and river walk and the price is reasonable. Just needs a bit of updating and new pillows.

It was a really lovely hotel and seemed clean, although very dusty on the bed frame and window blinds. The bathroom was clean but had a rusty toilet roll holder that needed to be replaced. Great location as only a short walk to the City centre. Overall, I would stay there again.

Although parking was mentioned there looks to be only 3 spaces on arrival which had been taken I had to park on single yellows down the road after 18:00 but wasn’t the end of the world. The room was okay but mattress needed updating as felt very worn. Shelf above sink seem to be quite loose so I choose not to use this on the chance it damaged it. The room itself was very warm and although reception was able to lend me a fan it wasn’t really doing much. The curtain although nothing drastic wasn’t really fit for the window so I would advise with it being a room of that size to maybe add in a blind. Staff were very friendly which definitely made the stay a lot nicer but I think the room just needed that little bit of TLC and updating.

The room was large and clean with everything catered for but it did seem a little dark and a bit sparse. Staff were very good.

Really close to Norwich City Stadium, station and centre. Good location if looking to visit Norwich. Good value. Room was fine with nice bathroom and shower. Nice a hot shower. Bed was a bit creaky but fine. Overall decent value, easy stay.
