I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. They did serve Moroccan tea and there were a couple of cold msemen, which was a nice touch. The breakfast itself was good, just not quite the authentic Moroccan experience we were expecting. I imagine the hotel is mainly catering towards business travellers. But all in all it was a very nice stay

What a beautiful hotel and my experience was amazing and the gentleman at the restaurant called Amin was absolutely the best as he spoke great English and was very professional and knowledgeable…I will be back definitely god willing

The place looks so spacious in the photos but it's a bit tight in reality.

New hotel. Room was spacious. Clean. The restaurant & bar staff absolutely ridiculous. Zero customer care. Waited 30mins for a club sandwich and was given to me with raw chicken.

Très bon séjour, rien de négatif à dire: Propre, Neuf, bon Wifi, Bon service, Bonne cuisine et je n'ai pas été malade. Bonne Hospitalité, des gens serviables. Y retourner à l'occasion d'un prochain déplacement.

The stay of one week was good. The room are good, the service too. It is clean. The hospitality is good and people do there best. Nothing wrong, next time in Kenitra, I will go back there.

Très joli chambre propre , grande et bien équipée ( eau café thé télé serviettes peignoir …..) Le personnel est très avenant, souriant et prêt à vous aider Le restaurant a une jolie carte variée et overt sur une grande plage horaire ( on peut manger à 16h) Parking disponible Malgré l emplacement de l hôtel, les chambres sont bien insonorisé et on entend pas de bruit de l extérieur
