Our stay at Azade Hotel in Crete was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay, and their kindness and hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, relaxing, and welcoming. You can tell the hotel takes great pride in providing a high standard of comfort and care for their guests. What stood out the most was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism made our vacation even more special. I would highly recommend Azade Hotel to anyone visiting Crete and would gladly stay there again!

I wish we could’ve stayed longer at the Azade. It was incredible and I actually felt at home in our suite I didn’t even feel like I was in a hotel! So comfortable all while having such a luxury feel. Very close to everything, you just walk out your door and you are in Old Town! Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed 4 nights at the Azade Chania and loved it. The hotel isn’t the easiest to get to with luggage but it is in a good, quiet location in Old Town. Our room was beautiful and had a lovely view of the harbor. It had everything we needed and more. The staff bent over backwards to take great care of my wife and I. They helped us with advice, packed us take away lunches, were friendly, funny and charming. Santos, Eve and Artemis, thank you. We loved our visit.

The building was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The rooms generous in size. We also loved the convenience of the hotel's position. As we were an elderly couple we were a little worried about the stairs but the staff accommodated us beautifully. The breakfast was delightful and in a very congenial setting. All the staff were lovely. I left a jacket in the cupboard and it was delivered to me further in my travels without a hitch...i very much appreciated that service.

Incredible place to stay right in the heart of Old Town and walking distance to everything. Xanthos and crew were incredible. All of his recommendations (Balos Beach, Kourtaliotiko Gorge etc) turned out to be perfect. Crete is such an incredible place!!!

Enormous room well appointed with balcony and great view of harbor and Chania Lighthouse. Staff went out of their way to assist us . Included sit-down breakfast was among the best we have encountered in our travels.

Artemis was an amazing host! She came to the rescue after we got lost because we got dropped off by the taxi, in the wrong location. We highly recommend staying here. You will be in the center of an amazing city. Thanks Artemis!

Amazing hotel in downtown Chania. Prob one of the best there if not the best after seeing all the others while being in the area. Location in Best part of the old fortress and property and staff are amazing. Amazing included breakfast also. Room was stylish and massive. Would def stay again. Tip If renting a car is look into the paid parking options nearby. The free general parking lots for old town Chania are a mess

Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of fresh options each morning. The location is perfect right in the heart of Chania, yet peaceful and comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania.

Azade was a great hotel. I would definitely stay again if I were staying in the old town. Very convenient to walk everywhere. The room was spacious, great breakfast and staff went over the top with service. The ONLY thing frustrating was the slow elevator but that's understandable since it's in a historic building and Greece has rules. So if you're on the 2nd or 3rd floor it's faster to take the stairs.

This is an amazing hotel. Absolutely beautiful in our room was spectacular. I would absolutely stay here again, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly. They even arranged for me to have a massage one of the days. And gave us some other recommendations that were very, very helpful. One thing that was very nice. This was our favorite hotel we stayed at during our 11 day Greece trip and happened to be the most economical of the four we stayed at. Our harbor view room was huge, beautiful, polished, and clean. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The location is perfect in the old town. The included breakfast is outstanding. We cannot wait to return to this hotel on our next Greek adventure!
