Sterile. More like a student dorm. Graffiti on outside of building. Rough part of the city.

I cannot say a big enough thank you to Javier at Aparthotel Kora Green. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!

Stayed here for the Ironman and they were amazing! They made such an effort for all the athletes.would love to stay here again!

Clean, swimming pool, modern

Amazing apartment with lovely rooftop overlooking the city. Very modern withgood fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, coffee machine and anything else you would need. Nice bars nearby and a pleasant walk into the main part of the city. Vitoria is beautiful and well worth a visit.

Amazing stay at this Aparthotel. Had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Plenty of space and lots of little extras to make for a great stay.

Its in a great location walking distance from downtown and shopping as well as bars and restaurants, it has great service and its a great stay, rooms are clean and spacious. Liked it very much

My only concern was how few reviews there were -- it almost seemed too good to be true. But it is just really new and well set up. It was like a nice, new, furnished apartment. I was quite impressed when I walked in the room, looked through the cupboards and fridge, and the nice bathroom. The laundry app was a little quirky for a non-Spanish speaker (and my wifi didn't work in the basement) but the reception clerk was super helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located to the train station and university and the city. The rooftop patio, work desks, and laundry make this a great place to stay for a short or long visit.

A good find. Functional, convenient, modern accommodation in a good location. Unfortunately we had trouble finding it and ended up driving around the city a couple of times. Once located, we used the car park at the Iradier Arena.

This is a great property in a great area. I was in Vitoria on business but will return for pleasure and will stay at this property.

Me pillo el día de Apagón y la entrada fue poco caótica. Pero normalmente va genial. El generador de llaves no funcionaba bien y me tenían que acompañar cada día hasta la habitación. Poca privacidad, pero bueno, por lo demás, genial. Las vistas desde la habitación, espectacular.
