This property was very clean. Room had an ensuite which was great but the actual room was very small. A bit pricey for basic accommodation.

We had a great stay at the Gregory, couldn’t have asked for a better time! The staff were brilliant, so helpful polite and friendly and room was perfect! Clean nice and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but I would recommend getting out and finding local places as there are lots of options. Location is good, just 20min walk to the centre or a 5 min bus ride, Thanks for a great stay!

The room was cold and no way to control the heating. Otherwise it was clean and well presented.

Great place clean well maintained

Hotel was very cool. Large rooms and a nice place to stay. Parking was good. Close to public transport, pubs and cafes. Very enjoyable

Nice place just outside the city center

Terrible management no clue how to handle customers. Manageress called me but couldn’t hear her as she was babysitting with the noise of crying kids

Warm helpful welcome

We got a room for 4, top floor, could smell breakfast every morning. Breakfast good. Delightful We were not in our room a lot, but cozy. Spacious great room to hang out in, and talk about the days adventures.

I paid for a room and private bathroom but when I got to the hotel they told me I had a room with a bathroom across the hall. We just stayed a night so it wasn’t too inconvenient for us but they should be identifying that in their advertisements/booking tools.

Booked for one night so my student daughter could attend the US consulate for a visa. She felt very safe, said the room was lovely and comfortable. Walking distance to the consulate so no worries about late transport etc. She was able to leave her luggage (no bags in the consulate building) while she attended her appointment.

Super kind people that told us recommendations for a nice pub to go to. The room was super clean and comfortable and we even accidentally left something and they were super helpful and accomodating when it came to retrieving it! Great experience and would totally return.

This property is just Beautiful!!!!! There was Not one thing about this property that wasn’t elegant and class, we loved it, and hopefully we will be back:)

Great staff

Superb staff, clean and comfy room. The disappointment is the complete lack of any breakfast facility. The equipment is there eg toasters, coffee machines BUT no attempt to even offer decent tea/coffee or toast/fruit. I do not require a cooked breakfast but the complete absence of breakfast is unacceptable.

Only thing to complain about is the ad said there would be a free breakfast. There was no breakfast free or other wise.

The room was minuscule and the bathroom was not part of the room, despite the advert.
