My mom and I stayed for 3 nights and Antonio was so helpful and efficient! The biscuits and gravy were great and the hotel was so clean. We got a balcony room and will be staying there anytime we go to New Orleans. We were able to walk to Jackson Square and the hotel was very safe and quiet.

The location was excellent! Very close to Frenchman St., Cafe du Monde, Jackson Square and the French Quarter. All walkable. The room was very comfortable. The only downside was the super-slow elevator. We ended up taking the stairs every time.

The hotel was lovely. When we arrived on May 20, at around 4:00 pm the girl at the desk was very nasty, rude and sarcastic. The next day on the 21 st, the girl who worked the day shift was so kind and sweet very helpful.

Great location. Close to everything but quite and has parking. Staff are really lovely and helpful. There’s always coffee and the room has a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.

the room was fine and quiet. I'm glad I didn't spring for the balcony because there is not much to look at around the hotel. Frenchmen St. being a block away is a real plus since there are a number of restaurants over there. Very close to the French market too.

The hotel's location is good, and the property was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the reception service fell short of expectations. During checkout, we encountered an unfriendly staff member whose demeanour negatively impacted our overall experience. When I requested a late checkout, she declined. Though she verbally agreed to let me keep my car in the parking garage for an additional hour, I later discovered they had charged my credit card for an entire extra day of parking for just that single hour extension.

Very nice hotel close to French market and the French quarters. Didn’t have to use my car during my stay.

Everything was nice, great service, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Security was great along with the parking! The A/C unit was a bit hard to control but we managed, and it certainly kept it cool. We would stay here again!
