Very nice place I love it. Music is a little bit loud but the hotel provides earplugs when you put it on you don’t hear anything. People is very nice from the front desk all the way to the kitchen stuff cleaning everybody’s really nice. We appreciate everything

We booked waterfront not thinking that water taxis are way louder than cars. The room was fine, it will need an upgrade soon. The breakfast was good and the service a bit weak.

Un hotel muy bonito, buena ubicación, rico desayuno. El problema es que no se puede dormir y descansar tranquilo por el ruido de la discoteca que esta casi a la par de la propiedad.

Elevator access and smell

Room was small but clean...one step above a dorm room. The TV didn't work, no flat surface for luggage, no safe, the sink didn't drain and no furniture, not even a chair. This a very crowded area of Bocas.

Highlight was their beautiful restaurant! Note for travelers, this hotel is located right beside seemingly the biggest night club in Bocas Town. While perhaps the other side of the hotel is more quiet, our room overlooked a giant radio tower and the very noisy nightclub - had trouble falling asleep until 2am when things started to die down. Aside from the noise and not the best view, room itself was clean and location is convenient.

We had a lovely time. The decor is super cute, great cocktails, and AC is a savor.

Staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable; view great. Door to deck would not lock-notified staff but after 3 days never fixed. Convenient to excursions & great kosher restaurant (limited menu)-Sababa-short walk- Hotel restaurant nice. No phone in room. Recommend-comfortable boutique hotel- Not handicapped accessible.

Todo nos encanto sin embargo el staff se puso a pelear entre si y consideramos que eso podria opacar todo lo bueno del hotel, pero definitivamente volveria!

Amazing stay in every aspect but if you are staying here over the weekend just know there is a night club bar right next door and you will be partying with them wether you like it or not till at least 3 am Friday and Saturday night! Having that said they do supply the rooms with ear plugs which were a life safer for us! Would I stay here again? Absolutely 100% ! Oh and how can this hotel do any wrong with the onsite ice cream shop! We had a small vanilla cup of ice cream every night with chocolate chip cookies mixed in! 10/10 neto.eats approved! We stayed in the suite and highly recommend! The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely stunning!

The property is well located next to all the tour boats, restaurants, nightclubs, and so on. However, being in the center of town also comes with all the associated drawbacks: noise, traffic, congestion, poor upkeep, etc.

woke up with bed bug bites

Only stayed for one night (Thursday), but the hotel was perfect for us! The only thing to be mindful about is the constant requests for taxis or tours (or what our plans are for tomorrow) at the nearby businesses on the street. But there’s not much the hotel can do about that, and it may be helpful for some tourists.

Nice clean rooms but very noisy, both from outside as well as the corridors and their own music.
