the staff was really kind and the rooms feel so cozy, everything was so clean, it was a great experience.

The rooms had everyhting we needed, and also it feel so fresh, but i think that we love the most was how quiet it was

2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 14th floor, with a well equipped gym, pool, game room, and 18th floor area.

Staff was friendly, pool was nice for my kiddo. Apartment clean and washer and dryer worked well.

I only stayed in Polanco one day then I was transferred to another ULIV Property in Roma Norte The location was very nice and they moved me to a different room because there was construction next-door much better

We had a wonderful stay at this ULIV. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. Everyone was always willing to help with anything we needed, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable — perfect for getting around and enjoying everything the area has to offer. Everything about our experience was excellent, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this ULIV.

The property manager Christopher was really great to work with. He spoke English and was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The location was very walkable many shops and restaurants.

I would stay here again. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a large shopping mall and many restaurants nearby.

We’ve stayed with ULIV Properties every time we visit Mexico City, and generally, our experiences have been positive. However, this stay was less than ideal. We chose this particular location due to its proximity to the embassy. Upon arrival, the security staff didn’t recognize us, and our name was not on the list, which caused a 30-minute delay before realizing we were ULIV guests and calling someone to assist. When we finally got to our room, it was on the first floor and didn’t have the windows as shown in the pictures, which felt misleading. We asked to see if another room was available, and although someone said they would check, they disappeared and never followed up. The overall experience was just okay, but definitely not up to the standard of other ULIV properties we’ve stayed in. There were also signs of wear and tear, including mold in the bathroom walls, which was disappointing. ULIV, we know you can do better with this location. Thanks
