The room is small but has everything that we needed? The bed was confortable and the shared kitchen was a nice bonus. The location is great, only a few minute of walk to the city center of Saranac Lake.

This place was great.

I liked that this property was close to Lake Placid and stores and restaurants.

Easy in and out. Very close to downtown, lake and to Lake Placid.

Carpet in the room was filthy. Comforter cover had stains. Same cigarette butts in ashtray and on the patio for 3 days.

Pillows were too flat

Rustic 50s style motel. Clean, quiet, a short walk from a nice downtown , right across the street from the lake.

This is a very old property. Rustic is a good word. This is a long way from 5 stars, but it did the job. It was way overpriced. It looks quaint and charming online, but reality hits you the moment you open the door. You could probably find something much better for the price we paid. The best asset was the mattress. We slept like babies on it, which was a huge win by itself.

Beautiful area and short walk to lake flower!

Great place to stay for decent price in Saranac Lake. Walking distance to downtown, partial lake view, nice restaurant around. Perfect location to go hiking in the area:) There is also a mini-fridge and coffee maker, which was appreciated.

The Ashley provided a clean and comfortable room that served us well for our needs. The working air conditioner was a godsend in this heat, as we were traveling by motorcycle. The staff we met were sweet and accommodating. Location was perfect for our day trips to Tupper and Placid. We would definitely stay there again!

Quaint,clean,no fuss. We had a great stay for exploring Lake Saranac. Would highly recommend!

The bathrooms are newly renovated; everything is clean; large TV and good coffee maker.

The room was clean but could use updating and was a little clustered. The bathroom did look to have been recently done. The walls between rooms are thin.

Right across from lake and the ice castle. Good location. Easy check-in.

It was a nice stay

The property does the job for the price. Hard to find the entrance at night. I also feel a little too much is on the customer.

The grounds were dirty and not mowed or trimmed. Windows did not have black out shades. No ice maker or water cooler. Only one pillow per person. Very private, great internet, great tv. Good AC, great location, easy to find Outside seating area had cigarette butts in ashtray.
