The lobby had a great patio to sit and the staff were extremely kind. Unfortunately the room was not the cleanest and was rather outdated. Additionally the air conditioning was very low functioning and did not sufficiently cool the room. The surrounding area was nice with lots of food options.

Internet was moderately fast. I wish
Breakfast had something fresh not just those regularly served cold cuts.

The location of the hotel was great. Close/walkable to many dining options, bars and sights. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the area even at late hours. If you need a lot of space this may not be the place for you as the room itself was quite small. But I was hardly in the room and it was very clean, modern and I had a comfortable 3 nights. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They have free fresh cold water (which was appreciated after a whole day of walking ) and coffee in the lobby. WiFi and air con worked well.
On my last night, I decided to attend a flamenco show they had on their hotel site and was so glad I did! Performance was a highlight.
I absolutely would stay at this hotel again!

Stayed on transit through Seville to home. Centrally located and very close to the main tourist sights and great tapas bar and restaurants. The room is clean and functional but very basic. Really a place to base yourself to explore Seville and not a place to spend a lot of time in.

I loved my stay here! From the moment I checked in I've always felt very welcome. I am by no means fluent in spanish, but the front desk staff has always greeted me with a smile and they always tried their best to answer any questions I had. Another plus is that they have their very own Flamenco show in house! Highly recommend that show and the added discount for being a guest in the hotel was a nice touch. I liked that the hotel was close by to a lot of different tapas bars and mini shops. Also fairly close and easy to access all the main sites. I was able to walk everywhere and it wasn't too far at all. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be within the city centre! This was my first time in Sevilla, and I loved my stay here!

The property was very well located, close to the centre of the old town. The single room and bathroom were quite small - but adequate for an overnight stay. There was a good buffet breakfast available for a reasonable charge.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance of so many attractions including the Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza De Espana, the river walk and Gold tower, the Isabel 111 bridge and Triana, plus many restaurants and Tapas bars.

The Hotel Alcantara is a wonderful hotel. Location is right in the middle of the picturesque Santa Cruz historical district. Easy walking distance to the Giralda as well as to bike rental and good bike paths. Very friendly personnel. The room was nice —instant hot water and good quiet air conditioner. The only possible downside for some people is you need to walk about 100 yards up a narrow scenic alley when getting dropped off by taxi.

Very old room. Based on price i was expecting much better room. AC didn't work. Not much air flow even if you open the window. Breakfast was per person 9.5 euro, even for the kids. For family trip, i would not recommend this room
