The room was lovely, and the food was tasty but what constitutes ‘breakfast included’ is not clear stated when you sit down. Only filter coffee, which tastes awful, and tea are included - proper coffee, which you would expect included is extra (the waiter told us when we ordered). The Hoxton is a good hotel, but this is penny pinching.

Lovely hotel. Friendly service and front desk. Good location for the O2 empire and good commuter links to the rest of London. Nice sized bed and rooms, even the no window/basement rooms are perfect for short stays. Only negative was we tried to use their little breakfast service, by hanging a bag from your room on the door handle, and they should deliver food in the morning, but no one collected ours so we didn’t get anything, which was a shame.

Check in really easy. Staff were very friendly. Room was amazing radio on when we walked in very clean and the bed was so comfortable so we both had a fantastic sleep. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and can’t wait to visit and stay again. The lobby area was welcoming as were the staff warm and friendly.excellent location for shopping and events. 10 out of 10.

The property is well located in close proximity to Shepherd's Bush Station on the Central Line, with easy access to central London The staff were exceptionally helpful. They went above and beyond to help make my stay welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I've stayed at the Hoxton Shepherds Bush several times and it's always extremely good. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is hardly audible. Highly recommended.

Awesome customer service and overall great experience!

Problems with TV and management solution wasted an hour and left me in the dark (literally) for 10 minutes (and 3 phone calls). Refused ti give any refund

Lovely clean and modern room, very friendly staff

This was effectively a bed for the night as we going out locally. It was a very good stay. Bed comfy. Bar was nice. Otherwise didn’t really take advantage of the facilities. Staff on check in were also friendly and helpful.

Lovely! Would stay again

Stayed 4 nights, tried ordering room service twice and it was not always available, the restaurant Chet would not take any requests for room service. I even tried ordering at the restaurant and seeing empty tables, the manager said they were just too busy. The air conditioning was not great, couldn’t adjust the temperature, the room was too warm which is bizarre considering it was still cold out. Not planning on staying here again.

Great hotel, perfect location, really can’t recommend enough

Hotel was stunning. The staff we spoke to at reception were both so friendly & polite. The room was spotless. When we went to the bar at night the atmosphere was great, it just seemed like the place to be. We’re really glad we changed to this hotel last minute and are looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful hotel and lovely room. Only thing was the shower pressure wasn't the best, but that's a very minor point to a lovely stay
