Outstanding experience. Great food options and a wonderful spa!! The views and the property are magical. I can’t say enough about this place. It’s a fantastic experience!!

Good view and good foods around hotel

The property was only 4 years old and had a look of big city sophistication even though it was in the middle of countryside. It's a self-contained resort with lodgings, shops, and restaurants. We stayed only 1 night but had fun exploring the property. It's an enormous sprawl. When we were there, the weather was nice. But it would be unpleasant to walk around in rain. The room was spacious and offered many amenities. We were comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was that the herbal bath building was outside of the hotel building, and we would have had to walk outside, which meant that on the way back, we would have gotten colder. So we didn't check it out.

Amazing property with an amazingly staff! Can't wait to go back and visit all the cool shops and restaurants.

Modern and unique place with lotsa shopping and restaurants and food outlets. Has a local market that sells local produce at local prices. Good place to spend a night and visit all the shops.

Great hotel to relax and enjoy nature. Many good.restaurants and specialty shops. Transportation getting to this area is a little difficult.

We found this hotel to be very unique and interesting. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The premises are futuristically designed and well maintained. The stuff is very attentive and helpful. The public bath/onsen is amazing. Spa was great. The only thing we found to be strangely on a different level was the breakfast/dining room. We found the food and presentation to be below average and the dining hall was very simple, with the view of the parking lot and mostly felt like we were dining at IKEA.

部屋はスタイリッシュで、見晴らしも良く、くつろげました。薬草湯も広く、のんびりと入浴できて、リフレッシュできました。チェックインも入室時間前から鍵を受け取れるので、混雑なくスムーズでした。

・客室のじゅうたんやソファーカバーがゴミが落ちていたり（前の宿泊者の爪など）カバーにシミがついていたり衛生面で不満 ・ルームキーをフロントスタッフの方にお見せして、その後受け取らずに外出してしまい外出先でキーがないことにきづいた。フロントに伝えたら「お渡しするのを忘れましたね」と言われたが、本来ならば携帯番号も伝えているので電話でひとこと伝えてもらえるとありがたかった。（こちらは失くしたと思って来た道を探したりもしたので）

スタッフさんの対応も丁寧でサービスも良かったです！

7階フロア出入り口が、まともに外。晴れでしたが、寒く風呂から帰ってくる時、部屋に着くまでには、湯冷め気味。露天風呂付きも、もう7階は。

客室は清潔でスタッフの対応も大変良い。 パジャマとデニムの室内着も二通りあり、とても着心地が良く、大浴場もキレイでした。とても満足しております。

部屋から食事場所までが遠く10分近く掛かるため移動方法をなんとかしてほしい

残念なのは、楽しみのひとつだった、本草湯のサウナが改修工事中で利用できなかったこと。当日に知り、ガッカリ。9/30にHPのお知らせに載せたようだが、それ以前の予約者にはホテルから連絡する等の配慮が欲しかった。

全て最高でした。間違い無いです。

　朝食付きで予約しましたが、ヴィソンビュッフェには2000円追加が必要でした。予約時、記載がなかったのか、記載に気がつかなかったのか定かではありまぜが、知っていたのと当日、知らされたのでは全く違います。食事は旅行において楽しみにしていることなので残念です。 　施設、部屋は清潔で問題ありませんでした。本草湯がとても良く、部屋風呂はランクを上げましたが、結局浴槽にはつかりませんでした。 　チェックインには少し時間がかかりました。これだけの施設があるので仕方ないとは思います。 　全体的に割高感はありましたが、朝食について以外はおおむね満足です。

非常に大きな施設でしたが、清掃が行き届いていました。気持ちよく過ごせる、他の施設にはない雰囲気でした。

とても清潔感があり部屋もお風呂、トイレなどどこも綺麗で大満足でした。 部屋から出る時にと用意された草履と部屋着はとても楽で良かったです。 ショッピング、食事処と種類が豊富で楽しいところでした。そしてゆっくり寛ぐことができ、嬉しかったです。また宿泊しに行きたいです。
