We absolutely loved the hotel, the staff on the whole were very friendly. However we ran into an issue when requesting towels for the pool. I stood and waited an hour while a group of guests were checked in and on the day that we left we had to wait almost 45 minutes to check out. This is concerning as it’s not peak season and the hotel wasn’t busy

Great little boutique adults only hotel. Staff are lovely, rooms had great amneties. Only ever heard noise in hallway when people coming and going, but room to room, it made for a great recovery. Pool is lovely, and restaurant downstairs had the best hamburgers. Shout out to Boss who is lovely, personable and really makes sure youre having a great stay.

I would like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to all of Ryans team . You guys are super welcome and super awesome. Absolutely nothing was to much , always happy to help , QUALITY service with a smile . Our apartment was lovely ; sea facing room 117 with a lovely bright outside balcony. Brightly decorated & very quirky . The pool has plenty of sun loungers and Bali beds around and pool accessories. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT HOTEL & PERFECTLY LOCATED . Beach is 5 mins , with shops & eateries a short walk away . Would definitely recommend this hotel " GO FOR IT 👌

Great stay would stay again

We had a great stay at Ryan’s Lola’s in June 2025! The Gentleman who originates from Stockholm who worked in the breakfast dining area was so helpful and welcoming. Great service. Also the bald guy who works on the bar in the boxpark by the pool, was super helpful and kind. Great service again. Room was funky and clean! Sorry we dont Remember names but do want to say thank you to the fab staff :)

Stayed for a week in first week of May 2025, celebrating my Birthday. Hotel was recommended to us by friends and didn’t disappoint. Given a Room Upgrade too. Location Great, Staff Great, Cleanliness Not an Issue, Food & Drink Reasonably Priced, Not Overly Busy, which suited us fine. We have stayed in this area of San Antonio several times and this was by far the most satisfying.

Absolutely over the moon with this hotel, stayed as a group of 8 family and friends and we were all very happy with our rooms, will definitely stay again

Overall stay was great but rooms could have been cleaner and the noise at night was not great. Was woken up many times from people yelling and our neighbor blasting music

The property was great, clean, food was amazing. Pool was the best.

The property is modern and clean. The pool is slightly smaller than would be ideal but the sun chairs/beds provided are very good. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are polite and approachable in their efforts to meet all needs. My only personal issue was with the pillows provided on the beds, they weren't what I'm used to but, in fairness, they were new and probably wouldn't have been a problem for most. Cleaners worked around our schedule and did an excellent job on the rooms each day. Overall happy with the service provided but, probably through our own fault, felt the geographical location on the island wasn't right for us. Many thanks for a good holiday in Ibiza.
