Great breakfast service from Luis.

Place felt like home. Breakfast was incredible there, quiet pool area. Just very relaxing and staff is incredible. Luis who runs the bar/pool downstairs was incredible. He’s thoughtful, attentive and just an overall great human being. He made the stay at the hotel that more enjoyable. I’m def going back

Fantastic stay

Very nice complex, our garden view turned out to be a roof view, Very friendly staff, little noisy during the day with renovations going on. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Staff was helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Luis was great and very accommodating. The room was sufficient for our needs and right by the pool and parking. Would love to spend more time here.

Good customer service, staff was very friendly. Clean common areas; good typical food. Im a Christian and I did not like the figures of Buda everywhere on the property; those figures didn't appear on the pictures when I selected the property,, otherwise I wouldn't select that property.

We had no issues checking in. After we got settled we found that our A/C wasn’t working. After informing the people at the front, the kind man came to our room, saw the A/C was clearly broken and got us into a new room asap. He then worked for 2 hours to help us arrange a night walk. He was brilliant. This resort is not on the beach but a short walk to the beach. And Ruis at the bar is fantastic.

Our stay at Hotel Ibiza in March was excellent. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, especially the Tico breakfast. Luis our waiter is exceptional. It’s a short walk to the beach. I would recommend Hotel Ibiza to family and friends.

The room, especially the bathroom was spacious and cleaned daily by the amazing staff. We loved the complimentary breakfasts served poolside! The entire staff was attentive and very helpful. We especially enjoyed our conversations with Luis, the bartender! He kept the music lively and was always so kind! If we were to return to the area we would definitely book at Hotel Ibiza 😊

This little hotel was very clean with friendly staff. I stayed 4 nights and over the weekend. I noticed some other reviews saying the club next door was loud, but it wasnt open any of the nights I stayed. The breakfast that is included was very good. Overall it was a great value for the money.

One block off ocean! Close to lots of tourist shopping and eating. Lovely pool.

Hotel Ibiza was perfect for a stay in Jacó. Near the beach and all the shopping areas, you won’t miss a beat. Also I can’t speak more highly of the staff. They were always so nice and so helpful. I recommend this hotel and I definitely would return!!

Really nice hotel. My only complaint is that the tvs are not smart tvs.
