Room was clean and warm. The walls seemed paper thin so the noise from neighbouring bedrooms was enough to interrupt our sleep. For the price I thought it was really good

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star , rooms need upgrading and a thorough clean . Bed was uncomfortable and needed better pillows . Unfortunately won't be staying again.

Do not book this hotel, in the back of an awful housing estate this place is run down and has health and safety issues - came up as 4 star on Expedia but is anything but… where do I start! Looked out the bathroom window bags of rubbish and loads of garden waste. The room was filthy dead insects in the bed, a filthy bathroom with no bathroom or even soap to wash yourself in the shower. No ventilation, a lamp that was ripped. The TV was decades old with a greasy remote, stained carpet, dirty sofa, filthy curtains, charges £5 pounds for their rubbish filled carpark - the reception guy okay but the hotel shouldn’t be open or on Expedia for people to book. I left after 1.5 hours and booked myself into another hotel. I will provide photos of this

The room was very cold and not clean. There was a leak in the bathroom making the floor wet. The room smelt of cooking and just was unacceptable. We couldn’t stay. We left and stayed elsewhere which was a huge waste of money but we just didn’t want to sleep in that horrible place.

Very attentive front desk who couldn't do enough to help. The room was a bit dated and there was a car park charge that was not advertised very well. It was handy for Gatwick airport and at the price I would probably use again for a night before a flight

The check in was a disaster. On arrival there were other guests who’d been waiting to check in over an hour. The numbers left on reception to call did not work. After about another 30 minutes one of the guys managed to get an alternative number from his agency (the hotels.com bot was useless) there was only one line so it took ages to get through. The person required me to send a copy of ID by email, I don’t carry ID so had to get someone from home to send it. Eventually they sent me an email with my room number and how to check in, there was another guest already in the room, I had to call back and get it changed. Very painful will never stay here again. When you look at the state of the reception and sign not saying not to smoke weed you can tell what sort of place this is. In fairness the room was ok for the money.

Check in was simple, got a text prior explaining things so never actually saw any members off staff. The room is nothing like pictured, double bed not a queen size bed, furnishings need updating and are worn out. Room wasn’t clean, cobwebs, every cushion on the sofa has worrying stains, shower was full of limescale, door handles are wobbly. It’s a handyman’s dream so take your tools!
