Checking in He is well mannered and helpful. He provides me with a parking although the after six o’clock the parking around Weston-Super-Mare is cheap. The balcony is dirty littered with cigarettes 🚬 The bathroom in good size but the water supply that day is not available as they have a linkage in one of the upper floors hence the water 💦 🚿 is not flowing. 🤔🧐😟☹️😴

We wanted a cheap overnight stay last minute and booked this hotel. It is actually a newer building to the savoy (but the same chain). It still smells of fresh paint. We got what we wanted with this hotel. All the amenities available, clean room, bedding and linen, the shower was hot. There was a TV with remote, wifi access and a kettle (plus some complimentary tea and coffee). The hotel has a few limited parking spaces outside (for £10). It has a feeling of being secure, with a key code access after a certain time at night. Its a stones throw from the beach and a 24 hour car park. The host Ali was very welcoming and seems like a very decent guy. Very helpful and gave us some good recommendations. If you want something clean, good location and good for the price I would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely use next time we are down. Thanks very much

Just needed somewhere for one night. Cheaper than everywhere else. Friendly welcome from staff. Room was newly decorated and clean. We parked in the carpark nearby which was £7 for the night. Lovely stay.

Ok to lay our heads down for the night so can’t complain really

Was sent to a completey different building down the road Terrible snall room. We had to boil kettle on the floor as cord was too short to reach cupboard. Milk was off. Supplied a wooden fork to make drinks. No shower curtain and bathroom tap wouldn't turn off. No sea view or parking as described

On site parking was terrible with broken furniture all over like a dumping ground. On the rare occasion the staff were on site, we had to walk through clouds of smoke where the male staff were sat outside. Cleanliness of the main hotel was below par. The room itself was ok, but I bought some cleaning materials, as did my companions in Other rooms. At one stage the water was completely cut off and the only way to report it was to phone a call centre in London to get it fixed. I am amazed this hotel was still in operation. Yes, we paid cheap but this was well below any hotel standards. The reason for our visit was for a military reunion, I state that because all of us who stayed in this so called hotel were used to sleeping in below standard accommodation around the world. But this I am afraid was not acceptable. We hold this reunion every year. I will never use this hotel again.

Imagine paying in advance and turning up with receipts, booking confirmation, the bank card you booked it on,to be told that I can't stay because you don't have photo ID , and then refused a refund. Well that's what happened to me.....absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all cost is what I'm telling my friends .

Our booking was not recognised despite correct name and reference. We checked in and then immediately checked out due to issues. No refund provided; Savoy said Expedia must handle it. Missing amenities that were paid for: no lift, no balcony, no sea view. No toilet door, unsafe steps without a handrail leasing to the toilet. TV channels not working. A £100 refund deposit mentioned in small print but not received. Property looks run-down, with outdated photos online. Local drug users loitering in the car park, contributing to feeling unsafe.

I didn't like it and felt misled; I was sent to a different hotel—supposedly the same one—but they were in the middle of moving locations, something no one had told me before check-in. I only found out upon arrival because the address was different. The hotel was terrible; there was no electricity—I only had power on the night before I left. When checking out, I had to go to the hotel where I was supposed to be staying, but there was no one there to take the key. I called the number, but got no response; no one showed up, so I ended up leaving the key at the reception. As for cleanliness, there was a dirty coffee cup in the room. Not recommended at all.

The room was clean, toilet door didnt close or open properly .it was a sliding door that wasn't connected at the bottom . Shower head didnt stay in holder correctly, mattress very worn, staff were friendly and helpful, parking is 10 pound a night if u are lucky enough to get a space. We parked up the road for 2 nights free.

Booked and paid for a triple room and was given a double room! This room was not in the savoy hotel that I booked! We were taken to another hotel! Took almost 2 hours of waiting to be checked in! Bathroom floor flooded due to no rubber being fitted to the shower glass! The way staff dealt with paying customers is out of order! Elderly couple were kicked out of the hotel due to someone else’s dog poo being walked through their room! The wife was also disabled and on an oxygen tank may I add! When asked if he would treat his own mother that way his response was yes of course! Absolutely vile response to an elderly disabled lady! I would never book again or suggest the place to anyone else for that matter! We had a 3 night stay and yet no towels were refreshed! No housekeeping entered the room not once to refresh absolutely anything!

I got the room at a cheap price so wasn't expecting much,but in all fairness it was fine,the only issue I had was some foreign speaking people talking very loud in the room next door at 1am and chopping food up kept us awake and had me wondering who is staying in the hotel?

Paid for breakfast and there wasnt any and when trying to find skmeone no one was to be seen

Just provide fans especially in hot weather the windows attract the sun

Please look at reviews. I booked for 2 nights and left after the first night. Their is no staff, even when you are supposed to be booking in. Ended up calling a telephone number and whilst waiting for someone to turn up, water came fasing through reception ceiling. Made a further call and the man at the other end of the phone was more interested in my name. The man who finally turned up to give me my key for the room was more like a handyman the way he was dressed. The room, carpet not fitted, divan bed was old and tatty and the towel rail wires were being partially covered by masking tape. If you need to park your car I was told £10 per night. The only good thing about the hotel is the location

Not very good shower was in bedroom not in bathroom shower doors were broken only had one set of towels for 3 days between a couple bedding wasn't changed daily I will never stay there again

I arrived after booking a room for 3 adults - a double and a single beds. Staff helpful but stated we could have choice of a newly renovated room or one we had booked. I asked to see both rooms first as outside of hotel looked terribly run down. He then proceeded to tell us rooms were actually down the road, visited rooms and renovated room only had a pull out sofa that looked extremely small for an adult so accepted other room. Parking was limited in a run down alley, room had limited Seaview from side window, curtains didn’t fit to cover window, noisy in and out of building all night. Lift dangerous with no sensor to stop it closing on us as trying to get in with bags. Door lock seemed quite loose. People loitering, noisy and urinating in the alley outside window throughout night. Did not feel safe or comfortable during night. Room was cheap and nasty and Do Not Recommend for families or solo travellers unless huge improvements!

Idid not like the hotel booked 3 nights only stopped one and they still owe me 50 pounds security deposit back of which i paid at hotel on my card .will never use that place again discussed
