Hotel was convenient. It was cute. Only problems were that I found hair on the floor and the bathroom shower didn’t drain which made for a stressful shower.

Parking was a problem in small car park. Room was clean but dislike wall hung soaps and shower gel. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. Excellent restaurant and evening meal was delicious Italian.

Average quality accommodation Older style, comfy No real complaints. A little too far away from Galway cod I wouldn't rate hotel as four star.

Clean room. Breakfast was great and was in the adjoining Italian restaurant. Kitchen could adapt some of the hot breakfast meals for a vegan. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location in Galway. The rooms are perfect if you’re travelling and just need a place to rest. The connected restaurant has a great breakfast and parking was a breeze.

Everything was excellent. The location was great.

The staff was really kind and helpful, and the room was nice and much larger than I'd expected.

Staff were great. Room was small yet nice and quiet. Walkable area and good options for dining.

We booked 2 of the same rooms. One was very large and the other was tiny. When we noticed the difference, we brought it up and were told they were sold out. The large room bathroom was ridiculous. We used the shower and the water poured out and flooded the bathroom. We used our towels and needed more but the front desk was closed. This was at 9 pm. The bathroom had mold and the toilet seat kept slipping off. I don’t know how this hotel has an 8.8 rating. Tried to take a shower the next day and tried everything to keep the water in the shower but there is no way to contain it.
