I hate the parking situation at the hotel. However the bartenders were great. The room was clean.

I thought the property was very cute and fun. Unfortunately i don't think it was worth the cost. While the room was adorable, i didn't realize how small it would be. Unsure if the sheets were changed before us, found a few rogue hairs and trash under one of the mattresses. Roughed it anyways. Bathroom door actually got STUCK, needed maintenance to come fix it. He came quick, which was nice. He took a piece off that allows the door to stay in place, i asked him not to replace it during our stay because i did not want a chance of getting trapped and as a result, the bathroom door would not stay closed. That's probably on me, but it was a bit annoying. I don't regret the experience, the vibe was nice but i doubt i would return.

First time staying in a boutique hotel. I enjoyed the atmosphere and will stay there again.

Got over charged for room charged me for 2 night when I was only staying one been trying to get in contact with them for days to get a refund one of the other days was booked through Expedia they are trying to process a refund and can’t because they can’t get the hotel to comply. When we got there all the door were locked had to walk around the entire block twice and call to get someone to let us in when we check in he doesn’t tell me the Expedia booking is for another day he just charged me for another night when I thought I was checking in to my booking then realize it’s for a whole different day then I needed he never even said anything then we get in the room the tv doesn’t work we got moved 4 times just for them to say oh yeah all out tvs are broke so we just sat in complete silence the entire time couldn’t sleep without a tv then the next morning I go to get a charger out my card my key doesn’t work for the room I have when I get back they were trying to tell me I was staying in a diff room and that’s the room my name is under I had to go back up to the floor and back down the front desk 3 diff times and for 3 diff key cards before they gave me one for the right room not to mention one of the cards they gave me had a whole person in it that I just barged in on and was literally trying to tell me well that’s your room I said my boyfriend and my stuff isn’t there idk who’s in that room!! Now I’ve been trying to get a refund a manager hasn’t been there in days to speak to

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Only downside was no microwave or mini fridge in the room

This was one of the coolest, most inclusive hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, and I loved that I could get a room with no windows (to sleep in easily). We will definitely be using Moxy again for our Richmond trips!

The property was very aesthetically pleasing. The room was a bit hot and we could not get the thermostat to turn down. Other than that, super cool hotel with lots to do and near a bunch of places.

It was just what I expected.

Cute, comfortable, and lots nearby in walking distance. Would stay there again.

A little loud around the restaurant but beautiful and safe. Good location.
