The hotel was old, the room was extremely smelly, dirty on the walls, and moldy. When I opened the door, I could smell the stench and dirt and asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said there were no rooms available. After a while, they finally changed me to another room which was slightly better, but it was still very damp, moldy, and dirty on the walls – it was disgusting.

The room was small and cramped for four people. The layout was also quite odd; for example, the air conditioner was installed right next to the wardrobe, making it impossible to open the door, and the sink was positioned a considerable distance from the wall for no apparent reason. Upon check-in, we encountered a rather unpleasant situation: the receptionist couldn't find our booking. After I showed them my confirmation email, they claimed it was missing, then later said my booking had been cancelled... In the end, they still assigned us a room, but with a forced attitude and a very unprofessional approach.

It's decent for the price. Nothing more to ask for. I'll definitely come back here again.

Close to the city center, near Nghinh Phong Tower and the beach. Also close to many good restaurants.

New room, friendly and enthusiastic staff

The staff are very friendly and attentive.

I temporarily booked to leave my suitcase at 8pm and check out to return to HCM, the price when booking was 300k/night for a room without windows (closed room) and small. The air conditioner and refrigerator in the room were good and very cool. If staying long term, choose a standard room which is a bit stuffy. The friendly receptionist let me check in early ^^

Friendly staff. Because I booked the lowest room class with cheap price, the room was cramped. Next time I booked a higher class and it was ok. Nice hotel, cheap price. Convenient location, near the beach, you can walk to the beach to swim. Near the hotel there is very delicious Tao Ngo chicken hotpot with perilla leaves. The hotel is located in a quiet area, good security.

The staff here were enthusiastic and happy to help me check in and rent a car. Will definitely come back in the future.

I booked a room and sent a photo of the room as shown on the app to the hotel and asked the staff to reserve me the exact room as shown. The location is near the beach, near Ba Tam restaurant, convenient for traveling. The receptionist is lovely.

The room is ok but the air conditioner is a bit oddly placed and not cool enough for the room. The location is quite reasonable and easy to move around in the center of Tuy Hoa.

The standard room is very small and can only fit a bed. Super rooms are probably equal to standard rooms in other places. Because the room is small, the bathroom is also small. Except for the small space and poor soundproofing, the rest is ok

Phòng sạch sẽ, đồ dùng mới, nhưng phòng cách âm không tốt rất ồn, ở gần trung tâm nên sẽ rất tiện, tuy nhiên ở 3 ngày thì thang máy hư mất 3 ngày đi chơi mà ngày nào cũng phải leo từ hầm để xe lên đến lầu 4
